Hello,
I turned off the mobile theme plugin and made a custom theme for mobile from the template options beside tagdiv composer for the homepage. However, as soon as I did that my mobile homepage and desktop homepage were identical. However, my layout and design for post pages for mobile devices broke down. The images don’t even appear.

So what is the solution? I am getting tired now. The same problem over and over again. I don’t mean to ask this many questions but why do these problems keep happening with the Newspaper theme…

If you want to use the mobile theme, please check if the cache that you use has the option to detect the mobile version.
Also, if you don’t want to use then disable the mobile theme plugin and purge the cache a few times.

You have the mobile theme plugin activated, the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results

I set up a mobile theme as shown in the Newspaper documentation and it works on my desktop when I collapse the width of my window, but when I try to load the website on my phone, it just gives me the default mobile page. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. The website is https://myuniverseofsleep.com/
I want to disable the mobile theme on the homepage and retain the original non-amp homepage that reflects on the desktop and just deliver amp pages of mobile theme on posts and other pages.

The gallery module will work on desktop, responsive version and on mobile page template, but not on mobile theme. So, if you are using the mobile theme plugin the gallery modal will not apply.

If this is a shop page, then you should be able to use tagDiv Composer to display on a woo block the products you want.

1. I have done everything mentioned above, however, I am still seeing no improvement on my mobile theme. I created a custom mobile template and it looks fine when I’m editing it with the Tagdiv Composer. However, after I save it and load the website from my phone nothing changes.

Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Indeed, there is a problem with the mobile category templates in v11.5, this problem will be fixed in the coming update.
Also, if you need the fix as soon as possible, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll manually implement the fix in the theme (we’ll need only wp-admin access).

I just started using Newsmag for my digital magazine ( https://deve.es ). This magazine is planned to work with monthly paid subscriptions (I installed a different plugin because it has specific qualities), and readers will create accounts to read some articles for free, be signed up for a newsletter and eventually subscribe.
However, I have problems with the top menu of the page in PC version and with the same menu on mobile version. In the PC version when I go to the top menu (see image https://deve.es//wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Captura-de-Pantalla-2022-08-13-a-las-23.28.40.png ) I see “my account” and “subscribe”. I want to know if this top menu can be modified so it only shows “sign up” and “subscribe”
On the other hand,
When I tap to open the main menu (see image) https://deve.es//wp-content/uploads/2022/08/IMG_6430.jpg , I can only see a “sign in”/”join” option . I wonder if
1) this can be changed to include a “subscribe” option
2) the “join” can be replaced by a “subscribe”

I use a mobile variant of my site wich I can edit by tagDiv Composer. I don’t use mobile plugin or responsive variant. After update to NP 11.5 there is a problem in cathegory templates: on mobile devices I see only Header and Footer from mobile version but content area is a responsive variant of the desktop version. I downgraded a previous update 11.4.3 and have no problem.

On Google lighthouse, the desktop version ranks good but on mobile not at all. We tried to set up the mobile theme but we could not get the articles to synchronize with the desktop version.
If I am correct I read that this is possible so we don’t have to separately update the different themes when we change an article or shop item. What would it cost for you or your team to set up the mobile theme for us?
