Hi,
If you want the element to be displayed in the header, then you need to set it on both desktop and mobile viewports because there are 2 different headers used for each viewport in part. If it should not be in the header zone, then just drag the element in the content zone from header zone – https://i.imgur.com/RHckgW6.png
Thank you!
I have assigned a slide (Home Mega Slider) but it is not appearing on the Mobile view. All the settings seem ok.
Any help appreciated! Thanks
Hi Julie, hi Calin,
Thank you both so much for your quick and helpful replies – that was exactly what I needed!
@Julie – your tip about checking the Theme Panel → Background & Social Links was spot on. Really appreciate you sharing your workaround!
@Calin – the screenshots were incredibly helpful and guided me straight to the solution. I’ve now completely removed the background image and social icons from the mobile menu – all done cleanly via the Theme Panel, no extra CSS needed. Perfect!
Big thanks to the entire tagDiv team for your great support and such a flexible, powerful theme. Keep up the awesome work!
Best regards,
Greg
Hi @Greg,
The mobile menu you are using can be changed from the theme panel. From there, you can change the background image – https://i.imgur.com/R9eoHMz.png the colors – https://i.imgur.com/O5c2ANA.png and socials – https://i.imgur.com/Ot9CUS0.png
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply.
If it’s due to caching, then why can the iPad or computer can display the footer normally?
Additionally, I noticed that when the footer is not visible in portrait mode on mobile, it appears as soon as I rotate the phone to landscape mode.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Hi,
But why do you want to use the tagDiv mobile theme plugin with Directories Pro? All Demos have a responsive version that will look the same as the desktop version. Using tagDiv mobile theme will use a simple design that will be the same for all demos that you are using and the only elements that can be changed on it are the colors and fonts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction. The plugin is usually used by websites with simple blogs with a simple layout that will not differ much from the desktop version.
Hi,
It will need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the header on mobile view port – https://i.imgur.com/QR5Bcay.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo&list=PL6CsDkMaejhoHETIWoxnRB4zefz8L8PYg&index=11
I managed to remove the social icons in the mobile menu by removing the links to my social pages in theme panel:
Theme Panel -> Social/APIs -> Social Networks -> Making sure all the links are empty.
Probably not the best solution but that’s what worked for me…
For the background image, I found where to change it but it’s not inutitive:
Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile Menu / Search Background (remove the file) AND Sign In / Join Background (remove the file)
Hope this helps
Unfortunately, the mobile plugin has not been working properly since the beginning. After installing Directories Pro, I had to disable it completely. The mobile template works with all of your other themes. What can I do? I have already tried many things. This is my website: http://www.laborscope.ch
Subject: Mobile menu shows old background image + social icons, cannot find them in Composer
Hi tagDiv team,
I’m using your theme with the “Shop Audio” template and working with tagDiv Composer.
I’m having an issue with the mobile (hamburger) menu:
When I open the menu, it shows an old background image (with speakers) I didn’t add – and I can’t find it in the Composer to remove or change it.
Also, social media icons (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) appear at the top, but I can’t find them in any row/column in the Composer either.
I double-checked:
The correct header & mobile templates are assigned.
The elements are not visible in the structure panel.
I had to hide them using custom CSS, which works but isn’t ideal.
❓Question:
Where exactly can I edit or remove the background image and the social icons in the mobile menu, when they are not visible inside the Composer?
Thanks for your support and for providing such a great theme!
Best regards,
Greg

Hi, I’ve noticed that the footer on some pages of my website sometimes doesn’t appear on the mobile version, but it displays normally on tablets or computers. After I re-save the page, the footer appears on the mobile version, but it disappears again after some time. What could be causing this issue? Thank you.
My site: https://daydayplay.hk
Currently i can not view the footer on my homepage.
Hello,
The featured image on the single post template 12 will not resize correctly for mobile. I have changed every single option in the composer tab, custom CSS, and the image will not move or do anything.
What do I need to change to get the image to respond to mobile size?
Thanks
Everything seems really complex in this theme to change – no matter what i change the mobile header on baby pro template is black, where is this setting?
I only want to set that for the elements that have the background images (svgs) that i send you. There are two rows in header / after header and one in footer(both desktop and mobile). Thank you.

Hi,
You can contact us privately via email at contact@tagdiv.com if you’d like to share your credentials. Please do not post them on the forum.
Regarding your issue:
The problem is that you’ve edited the single post template each time when you think you add the article content, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/LeuIZit.jpeg also, the dynamic post content element was replace with a Text with Title element. This element displays static content and does not automatically show each article’s content.
To display content dynamically for each post, you need to use the Post Content element instead: https://i.imgur.com/hldTlpY.png (I set it back)
If I understand correctly, you created the articles, then opened each article individually, edited the cloud template using tagDiv Composer, and manually changed the text inside the fixed text block. That’s the root of the issue.
There are currently 24 edits on your template, and 22 of them are changes to the text inside the static Text with Title element.
This means you’ve essentially created articles with only a title, but added the content directly in the template, not in the article itself https://i.imgur.com/U6qR7mt.png
Articles should be created properly in the post editor, like this example:
https://www.pomeranian.dk/wp-admin/post.php?post=64&action=edit
frontend view: https://www.pomeranian.dk/index.php/2025/06/26/mobile-marketing-is-said-to-be-the-future-of-e-commerce/
Also, please make sure you’re using the global template from the panel: https://i.imgur.com/vHbkSTS.png use an individual template only if you want a custom layout for a specific article.
Thank you!
Hello, I’m managing an issue on my newspaper website: i cannot edit my website in for mobile devices.
I cannot understand why since each setting is correctly set up, tried both adding a dedicated mobile page and removing it without any change; website address: https://www.aperitivoamilano.info/
Yes, I did tested with Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and found an related issue:
Disabling “tagDiv Standard Pack” plugin will remove all the td_xxxx thumbnail sizes in thumbnail regeneration plugin (can show it but cannot regenerate image), even though we can select thumbnail sizes in theme panel of td. (eg. 265×198 and 741×486 for mobile theme)
When I enable the “tagDiv Standard Pack” plugin again and the regeneration return to normal.
Please check and advise, thank you.

Short info:
we would like to remove background images:

https://www.kynigesia.gr/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/kyn-background-radial-gradient-desktop-2.svg

and replace them with this css class (already available). this css is not possible to achieve with tagdiv of course.
.redbg3{background: #9B2A2A;
background: linear-gradient(90deg,rgba(155, 42, 42, 1) 0%, rgba(221, 51, 51, 1) 50%, rgba(105, 29, 29, 1) 93%)!important;}
Full info on email.
Thank you.
Ok so I have to come back to this.. I am NOT using Mobile Theme because it creates too many complications on my side.. So right now I am using non-mobile theme which works very well..
The only issue is that I have a hero image on the site homepage.. This obviously is set for desktop size.. Is there a way I can serve a different image if the device used is a mobile so I can customise the image, or is there a way to make it responsive.. Everything else I am happy with..
My site is served through CloudFlare. For several months, the “Load More” (or, alternatively, infinite load–any function that is designed to load additional posts) on the main page has been broken. You get a spinning wheel. However, if you turn off CloudFlare (or put it into Developer Mode), the problem immediately goes away. Is there a way to avoid this problem? Thanks.
Hello,
We apologize, that part of the documentation was not adapted. We have updated it now. Thank you for your understanding.
If is an image/banner, then you can remove the ad banner using the theme panel option – https://i.imgur.com/UMekhGI.png if is an adsense code, then you need to use a code like this one – https://wpadvancedads.com/disable-adsense-on-mobile-devices/
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you manage to resolve the situation?
I just checked the website using my mobile and it doesn’t seem to be displaying correctly on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/4LUYw04.png https://i.imgur.com/g9bOfNs.png https://i.imgur.com/CxgweFo.png the only element that is not correctly 100% displayed the the ad https://i.imgur.com/82cLUch.png that one should be centered. However, everything related to the theme appears to be okay.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, when this happens, it is used a cache that does not have the option to deliver a separate mobile cache version. Also, sometimes it can be Cloudflare cache, if this is used (the free version does not have a separate cache per viewport).
The simplest way to resolve the problem is to disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, or in case the amp plugin is used to be set to be used only on amp version https://i.imgur.com/mn3AIzp.png also, make sure that the amp redirect is disabled https://i.imgur.com/P5XcUxA.png
Thank you!
Can you see the site on your phone and computer so you understand what I mean? When I press F12 the mobile page appears correctly, but in reality on the phone it only shows the header. Thank you.
