I have just turned off AMP in the meantime. Though still not sure if that is working for the person with the issue.
More than likely though, if I have to choose between the responsive version and the mobile one – I will just turn off opt-in completely.
Would be good if some sort of warning was displayed within the setting so I didn’t find out this via a visitor? Or did I miss that somewhere?
Thanks.
Hi, sometimes some articles give this problem (see photo). Then after a few minutes the problem disappears, but it happens often. How to fix it? Thanks.
Salve, a volte alcuni articoli danno questo problema (vedi foto). Poi dopo pochi minuti il problema scompare, ma capita spesso. Come sistemarlo? Grazie.
Mobile problem

Desktop problem

Website: chiamarsibomber.com/
I build the responsive website using the diffrent devices trough the tag div composer. I spend a lot of time. And now I see, something else is shown on the mobile device. Only the main page corresponds to the TagDiv composer version. I clean all chaches and used dirfferent browsers. Nothing changed. Please help me.
Well. There is no blank column and I imported new post templates to test but nothing changed the situation.
But I have found the problem.
The problem is here in the header section:
<div class=”td_block_wrap tdb_header_logo tdi_10 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_18 tdb-header-align” data-td-block-uid=”tdi_10″>
In this wrapper the associated CSS has 20px padding declared as seen below. when I disable the padding, the mobile menu is OK.
.td_block_template_18 {
padding-top: 20px; // problem is here
}
I think it is because of original theme settings. Because I don’t set 20px padding for any block or header element.

Hi Bettina,
I don’t have cPanel, I sent the FTP access as well as a WP-ADMIN and a short explanation. Because everything is shown correctly on the post pages.
Only the start page is mixed up on the phone (desktop page) as well as in the browser (when I’m not logged in – Safari, Chrome, Firefox). The mobile version is then displayed there.
Many thx for your help!
Thomas
Hi Kerry Adams,
If you use the responsive version and not the mobile theme plugin then the opt-in can be displayed on the amp version, but since the amp version is store on google results, I do not know if is a good idea to apply. This option normally should apply only to visitors that are on your website.
Thank you!
Hello. I’m Raymond and I really like the Newspaper theme. I have two problems though.
1. On the main page, I would like to be able to add a comment icon next to each post, but I can’t.
2. i would like to set it to show only the Facebook and Instagram page in the Footer menu and in the mobile menu, but it won’t let me sort
I attach pictures of both cases
My page is: http://www.katt.ro

Hi,
when I set some ad as article inline ad or article bottom ad, few lines of text uder the ad are hidden under the ad. Can you give me some advice? Thanks
Oh, sorry, I just noticed one mistake at a time. Please don’t get me wrong, you are doing an excellent job and on the other hand I am very satisfied with my second license. It’s just very frustrating to sit in front of the computer for 3 days and either sometimes see the mobile version on the desktop (if I’m not logged in) or the desktop version on the mobile phone (but only on the home page)
Here I had changed the template from Black Pro to Magazine Pro and colored it accordingly. Everything looks fine on the computer (as long as I’m logged in, sometimes even without logging in).
So far I’ve done the following:
– Read your documentation – as far as I can see, I did it as described there (and I had set it up beforehand, everything worked)
– All plugins deactivated and gradually reactivated
– Child theme deactivated and activated
– Cache deleted via FTP
– Cache deleted via plug-in “Super Cache” and “Autooptimize”
+++ the “old headers and footers” now seem to be gone +++
As soon as I open a post, everything is ok with the header and footer. Only the start page, it loads a desktop page on the phone. I used “create mobile site” as you described it.
When I use “edit mobile” everything looks normal (as it should).
Instead of posting articles, I’ve been trying for days to somehow solve the problem. But despite the documentation, I don’t know what to do next. I sit in front of it for hours, trying and not finding the fault. That’s why I turn to you, sure that’s just a catch somewhere, an attitude that I just can’t find (or am now so blind and frustrated that I keep overlooking it).
I don’t know how to fix I tried all options the mobile version didn’t work and the theme panel not reflect anything, also I tried to manage the block thumb doesn’t work please need your urgent help
I set the mobile menu thanks.

Also set but pages on mobile but the text does not fit properly on mobile page.
Can you pls guide me.
Thank you
Hi, When global header is selected for either widget blocks or related posts block, I see extra gap at the top of the website header. Whenever I select any other block header then the website header is OK. I tried many times. Here are the screenshots of mobile.
https://pasteboard.co/KiMjLqc.jpg
Homepage is not effected because I used another block header style. To sum up “global header” is problematic and spoils the design.
The same problem exists for the desktop header too.
Hello,
I saw here https://www.gurmecenter.com/dogal-reklam/# where the mobile theme is enabled the menu is set correctly https://i.imgur.com/DBveH18.png but you need to set the page content in mobile editor when you edit the page => https://i.imgur.com/IgsXRVW.png, so you can set the menu here https://i.imgur.com/g6hgfPd.png, and for the responsive version, I saw ou use cloud header, so you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on Phone select the mobile menu and set the menu https://i.imgur.com/3hsBetO.png
Thank you!
Open tag div composer, select Manage from the left menu. Then you can switch between the layouts of mobile and desktop. And make the changes here.
Hello. My website is TheAEGISAlliance.com.
I was using the Asset Cleanup Pro plugin because it, along with a caching plugin and CDN, was getting my site a 98/100 in page speed insights. But then the plugin started breaking the 3 lines mobile menu button and it wouldn’t work. When I disabled and then deleted that plugin, the colors for the mobile menu and footer went away and turned into this default red, and a black footer. They should be a dark tealish green that I have set in the mobile part of the theme panel.
Before I deleted Asset Cleanup Pro, I tried re-enabling it, the mobile menu and footer colors came back, but the menu button was still broken, even after disabling most all of its options and clearing its js/css cache.
I’ve tried:
Clearing WP Rocket cache
Clearing Bunny CDN cache
Manually deleting leftover Asset Cleanup Pro cache in Cpanel
Manually deleting WP Rocket cache in Cpanel
Manually deleting “used css” folder cache in Cpanel that goes with the Newspaper theme
Removing and reinstalling the mobile theme plugin
Removing and reinstalling td-composer because it has mobile theme folders and files
Manually deleting and reinstalling Newspaper theme in Cpanel
Regenerating critical CSS in WP Rocket
Slightly changing the colors for mobile menu and footer then saving changes
Nothing seems to fix the problem and bring back the colors I have set for the mobile menu and footer.
Hi,
From what I am told this will not resolve this issue with the code on the page.
This is the impact I have been informed of:
A substantial number/critical type of HTML errors can lead to certain parts of offending pages not being correctly indexed by Google as their crawlers simply are unable to read the code if it does not conform to HTML standards. It’s quite easy to make HTML errors and without a tool to carefully scan through your code. Your SEO rankings can quickly evaporate after making content changes to your pages, and realizing far too late that Google can no longer read these new changes as you’ve incorrectly placed an attribute.
Google’s spokesman John Mueller elaborated on this saying that:
While HTML validity is not a direct ranking factor, critical HTML errors get in the way of Google achieving the following:
successful crawling of a site and indexation of SEO relevant pages;
crawling, reading, and understanding of structured markup on a page;
rendering your site’s pages correctly on mobile devices and displaying different versions of your site correctly based on cross-browser compatibility.
Hello!
If you import a cloud/Pro template, then you do not need theme panel, you can edit it with TagDiv Composer. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
You can see the tablet version, mobile version when you change the viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Also, the settings from theme panel do not reflect to the cloud templates, because the settings from Composer have priority.
When you enter again to the theme panel, the settings you changed before are saving in the theme panel? Please let me know.
Thank you!
Hello,
To understand you want to use the mobile theme plugin or another version of mobile?
Because seems you have disabled the mobile theme on the homepage=> https://i.imgur.com/0CrzpZ9.png but for other pages is enables https://i.imgur.com/oI75y0O.png Please make sure you have set the same menu for both versions.
Thank you!
