We have been trying hard to pass LCP and CLS. Updated the theme to 11 but it’s still the same. Can you take a look to see if there’s a bug in the mobile theme? Any suggestions welcome or do I need to change themes?

on PC menu looks normal but it does not open on mobile.

The button in my website’s header section is visible in desktop version, but not showing up on mobile.
I want to show the same button beside the logo on mobile.

Hello there,
I’m having trouble with the Footer section of my site:
A) On the computer
1. In all except ”Style4”, the text “ABOUT US” or “ABOUT ME” appears in the upper row of the footer text. I did not write such an article.
2. Even though I removed the logo from the footer, it continues to be displayed.

B) on mobile
1. The text “ABOUT US” or “ABOUT ME” appears on the top row of the footer text. At the same time, the text “FOLLOW US” appears on the social icons. I did not write such an article.
2. Even though I removed the logo from the footer, it continues to be displayed.

I recently purchased newspaper theme Version: 10.4, Now update 11 is available. I would like to know if I will update to 11, would I be able to see all customization that I did in default templates or they will get override and I need to make customizations again.

Another question is about the Mobile theme. Activating a mobile theme is equivalent to activating AMP on a website?. I don’t want to go AMP for now. But Mobile theme light version looks good.

Also, is autoload next post feature available on Mobile theme?

I am using the latest newspaper theme with active mobile theme plugin and official amp.Whenever I turn on automatically redirect mobile visitor to amp, page loading successfully but menu icon does not respond on amp pages. How can I fix it.

Hello,
in the last few days when somebody visits a link to my site through the Facebook app (the page loads in the Facebook Mobile Browser) the page seems empty.

If you open the same page normally, via google, the site works just fine.

The problem is there, only when the amp Plugin and the tagDiv Mobile Theme is enabled. When i disable them and use a custom Mobile template it works just fine.

Any ideas?

the theme is great, but i have problems with the infinite scroll on the mobil phone. There it is not working it is not loading next page?

According to the video tutorial, I have made a mobile version for my website but as you can see in the attached screenshots the header is totally different. Please help me to change the header of the mobile version and make it like the PC version.

In Single Post Template: I added a column to the row where de Single Post content is.

It looks OK in desktop but I’m having an issue in mobiles: content es cropped on the right size.

I tried all the settings and Css for mobile, but the changes I do seems not to be affecting either the row, column or element.

What’s weird: I do can see the changes in tagdiv editor and in my iPhone SE 2020, but not in the rest of mobile devices.

my mobile phone keeps showing the desktop version of my site. I had created extra mobile pages for all pages. Unfortunately, I can’t find any solutions in the forum, everything on the left in the postings that may be appropriate are no longer up to date.

I need to upload header menu in mobile menu. I do it:

1) opening Tagdiv Composer on the page of interest;
2) selecting the phone viewport;
3) select the hamburger menu;
4) finally select “td-demo-header menu” from the drop-down menu of the option “select menu” of tagdiv composer.

The above procedure uploads correctly the mobile menu, but it causes the reset of the page text. In particularly the text in the page disappears and appaears the following string [tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][/tdc_zone]

Hi, I have a few posts where I need to toggle AMP off. I use the mobile theme for AMP (and have Newspaper 11 installed and the mobile theme updated to its current version). The AMP plugin (yes, this is the one by Automattic) usually inserts a toggle in screen options for the individual post to toggle AMP on or off for the single post. This is missing now. I switched to a base theme and it reappeared in post settings, so I am sure this is a theme issue. How can I get it back?

I do note that there is a toggle to switch the mobile theme itself off or on for the single post but this doesn’t disable AMP for the post.
