Even when I go to the front page, click on “Edit with tagDiv Composer”, click on “Create Mobile Page” on the left menu (which does work there), none of that is reflected on the actual mobile page. I’m not sure what I’m missing.
I’m using Header Template 14 from the Tagdiv cloud library. The desktop is pulling up the AD in that location but on Mobile that area is hidden and the AD is not displaying.
Is there a option I am not seeing correctly. I need the AD to display on Desktop and Mobile without needing to add a new code.
The loader keeps on rolling after saving setting on the themepanel, this happen when the tag mobile theme plugin and amp is activated
Hi, I figured out what you were trying to explain. I have disabled the Mobile Theme but, the only issue I’m finding now is the javascript isn’t displaying for me. Not sure why.
Hi, I do use the Mobile Theme plugin. I really like the speed for SEO.
I don’t see an option to deactivate the Mobile Theme for a single page?
I’m a bit confused. I want to use the Mobile Theme plugin but, it limits pages correct? So is my only solution deactivating the plugin? Or how do I turn it off per page?
Thank you in advance.
I am facing severe layout problem though I’ve updated the layout still it is not showing good result on mobile.

.
Desktop version is fine.
What I did today.
1. Installing the wp super caching plug-in
2. Mobile homepage error
3. Remove SITE TOOL -> Caching
5. Screen such as PC and Mobile
6. Cloud flare caching
7. We removed two plug-ins: WP SUPER and SG Optimization.
So far, the problem has not been solved.

With tagDiv composer and the “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin enabled, the front page of my website no longer responds to any changes I am making to the mobile site, even if I deactivate the plugin. The posts on the website are responding to the changes properly, but not the front page. The front page has the header at the top of the site like this instead of showing the logo with the “Global Header” template I have set for desktop and mobile:

And it doesn’t change no matter what I do, while if I click on a post, it’s different and how I would prefer it. When I click on the “+” button on the front page to create a mobile page, Clicking any other button, including “Create,” does not respond and I have to refresh the page.
What is happening?
Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. To do this, you need to edit the page normally and there you will find a setting in the right side.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m talking about this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/a8ztTouUgN
This one could be found in any block element which you use in your page. Just edit with TagDiv Composer, click on that block element and click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
So, check if the setting is set up like in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/a8ztTouUgN
Thank you!
Hi Bettina
Thank you for your quick response. I cleared the cache but still seem to have the issue on both desktop and mobile
Is their a way to send or upload to you the 2 different images I see when in the 2 modes? I have a snippet of the 2 different looks.
Thanks
Hello!
I ve updated my WP Super Cache settings as per your instructions, but it didnt solve the problem.
I dont have cloudflare installed. I dont know what to do.
I ve noticed that my mobile template does not list in the Cloud Templates, as tagdiv s instructions say it should.
Does that have anything to do with it?
I m open to any suggestions,
thank you so much!

¨Mobile menu on mobile theme not working. What’s wrong here?
Hi, I’ve created Mobile templates for my site. It’s worked very well but, I’ve run into some pages that are not working for me correctly on the the Mobile version for some reason. It looks correct in the Editor but, not when I click on the actual site page at https://cruiseaddicts.com/cruise-deals/ under the Desktop version but, when i switch to Mobile it doesn’t show any of the deals.
Hello, on my site I have created an ad hoc footer setting it correctly as the footer template of the all site. But when I view the site in the mobile version, the footer is not the one I created but the one that the theme has by default. What am I doing wrong? thanks
Hello,
I just checked your website, and now you have the mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/J0OL9RI85 for the homepage, but for posts seems that the mobile theme is still enabled, but only disabled from the homepage.
So, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme, please deactivate it and clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
You can find more information in this video about the mobile versions => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello, the menu on mobile only show at left the three lines. The logo and the search is not displayed. It will be displayed if I scroll down (sticky menu).
How can I also show the logo and search directly without scrolling?
Thank you.
Regards,
Martin
I would like to know how to edit my mobile page.
I don’t know how to change the title of the demo site theme. now I chose Classic blog pro, “Classic” appeared.
Hello!
For cloud templates, you will have more options in TagDiv Composer (https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/), so these settings overwrite the settings from Theme Panel. If you let the settings by default in TagDiv Composer, then the settings from Theme Panel will reflect on your website.
In order to edit your responsive version, you need edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
If you want to use a mobile page, then you need to assign it to your homepage. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
This can be found at the bottom of every page when editing https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
For example, to create a contact page you can use only the elements from the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes(blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work).
You can check this video about the Newspaper theme version on mobile -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello!
Please edit your mobile viewport when you edit the page with Tagdiv Composer and check if you have the display setting set up hidden and change it.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
