Hi there,

Thanks,

Hello,
I saw you use a mobile theme plugin for AMP, so you need to create those pages in the mobile editor, your mobile page content must be added in the mobile editor as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zy49V5vfYW This can be found at the bottom of every page when editing https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
To hide the thumbs you need to use this custom code
.td_module_mob_1 .td-module-thumb{
display: none;
}
.td_module_mob_1 .item-details {
margin: auto;
}
and look like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/Pm3H3ccBn
Set the code in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code => https://www.screencast.com/t/St204VtFl3NU
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
How can that section be alined in the middle on mobile device?
Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, which version of the 3 do you want to use for mobile?
Thank you!
I made an author page with the Cloud Templates. Connected it in Template Settings/Author template and it worked fine till yesterday (uninstalled plugin AMP for WP and mobile theme yesterday). This should have nothing to do with it but I thought I mention it anyway. Now when I click on the ‘About Us’ part on the homepage it does nothing. You remain on the homepage instead of going to the Author page. Could you please take a look how to solve this?
Hi,
Please could you assist with this issue. The page loads what looks like a different version and then loads the correct layout of the page. It is like it is trying to load the mobile version and then the desktop version. Please could you let me know where I am going wrong. Thank you again.
Hello,
You can make tests with the cloud library on a staging website and after all, you can choose what template do you want to use.
We recommend a mobile page template for faster loading => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
My footer menu pages are not working in mobile theme even i off the mobile version too, when i am going to off the mobile version on my about us page the theme elements will disturbed please guide me how can i fix this issue because my about us, disclaimer, privacy policy, terms and conditions and contact pages are not showing in mobile version.
Please check here: https://thecivilengineerings.com/?amp (in the footer menu)
Hi,
How do you set the post layout of the category page of the mobile theme to only show the headline and not the thumbnails?
https://tinyurl.com/ygu5djcd
My below page open on my desktop but not on mobile.
Why could it be ?
This is more or less what I got, but it still didn’t really solve the problem. I have attached a screenshot from the ‘Magazine Pro’ home page template.
https://onlineinvestmentconference.com/files/2021-05-10_14-43-18.jpg
What I am trying to do is similar to the top row of this sample, but in the middle of a mobile post (the sample Home template doesn’t keep the top row in mobile version) I tried to replicate this row, but I notice that while I can ‘Display Inline’ a date, I can’t seem to ‘Display Inline’ a subtitle or title. Is that correct? And that is why I can’t achieve what I want to do? Or is there another way to do what I want? i.e. put two shortcodes one after the other in the same inner column?

Thank you for the solution.
The second part I didn’t refresh the page, that’s why I could get the mobile version.
Now it’s all good!
Regarding the title being shown on our mobile homepage, there’s a title placeholder which can’t be edited/removed when customizing the template: https://nimb.ws/b5tdLN
Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. To do this, you need to edit the page normally and there you will find a setting in the right side.
Thank you!
Hello guys!
Can you help me identify if there’s any JS/network request from the template which is probably deleting/overriding the close button click event listener for the Taboola widget on the screenshot (bottom left for desktop and bottom of mobile screen)? https://nimb.ws/OIBiH3
Since the theme update, the close button stopped working both on desktop and mobile screens. Here’s the code for the close button event: https://nimb.ws/wbHUlJ
The widget is live on the following page: https://cangurunews.com.br/filho-acordar-de-mau-humor/
Thanks!
Hi, no as you can see in the screenshot it works on mobile as well.
But I do not know how I can integrate this with defoult article boxes / or how to set up completely my own.
A better alternative is to use rem and em to make the text dynamic. I want the text to fill in the column (article box) – so that I do not have to change the text size of each article.
From developer:
However, I’m afraid, this is something you’ll have to check with your theme support, as the layout is using the Tag Div Composer there isn’t an easy way that could be recommended regarding this via CSS.
Using VW as stated by you in the following thread you have shared will only work if the parent HTML is relative to the size of the container which isn’t the case when I check:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16056591/font-scaling-based-on-width-of-container
What could be suggested would be to apply CSS based on standard screen size, but this won’t be perfect and the layout will change based length of the text added.

Hello,
If I understood it correctly, you use that plugin and it works well on the desktop but it doesn’t work on the mobile theme, right?
Unfortunately, the only solution is to use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Apart from the title being covered on the desktop ad, it’s also appearing on our mobile home page, even though there’s no ad set for mobile screens, only AMP ads. Our home page is not AMP.

Thanks!
Anna Maria, please:
is there a way to see forecast how would be a cloud library theme without making it operational on the site?
I would like to get an idea before choosing it…
My theme is London Pro, can I test every mobile cloud or choice is only for London Pro mobile?
And last: for a faster loading, you would suggest cloud mobile better of plugin mobile?
Thank you very very much, because we don’t get out of loading times,
despite having applied all the guides and advice over and over again..
Best to all of you
M
Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
When you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme or AMP plugin you can deinstall the plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
To remove the space, you need to use a custom code CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/Hqo28jXFxM
.td-a-rec-id-header_mob
{
margin: auto;
}
Set the code in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code => https://www.screencast.com/t/St204VtFl3NU
You can inspect the mobile theme as you did for the PC, select the Toggle device toolbar https://www.screencast.com/t/uRjvUM0No57e and refresh the page and you will see the mobile theme version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Issue related Mobile Theme.
Site URL: https://excelmee.com/
When I click the link on the sub-footer menu, it opens the page, but it’s blank.
Eg.
I have menu items such as About Us, Contact Us, and Privacy Policy.
When I click it, opens a blank page.
No issue when using the desktop browser.
Note:- It’s not site-specific as I have two newspaper themes (one on a different account). Both have the same issue.
When I want to display the same content on mobile and on desktop I do not need these, says your documentation. What is your advice, should I uninstall these plugins or is there another (better) way to do this?
Please your advice.
Kind regards,
Anne
