Hello,
Okay thank you for the reply, I have a developer working with this. Could you just point him in the right direction of the custom work that’s needed?
Uninstalling the mobile theme is not really an option for me as it significantly increases mobile speed.
Thanks for the help.

Hello!
If you want to use a mobile page, then you need to assign it to your homepage. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello!
If you have the Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, it could be possible for some CSS code to be overwritten, that’s why, you can uninstall it and it will display the responsive version of your desktop.
Thank you!
The sidebar now works. Thank you!
The mobile menu and footer still invisible and appear only the menu and footer of default. The same thing happens for every mobile page.
Hello,
I currently have a developer working on modifying the style of a plugin (AAWP) he has managed to create a custom template and the plugin works fine on the desktop version of the website.
This is how it should look on Mobile and Desktop:https://gyazo.com/21ca039edb78065d48df48a39070ac3b
As you can see it works fine on desktop, but the mobile version is still showing the default theme which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/f602f85bf66e728077d44a152c059ef8
He says if he disables the tag div mobile theme plugin, it works fine.
Could anyone give him a little helping hand to point him in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hi Bettina,
How do I check if I have the mobile header global for desktop and mobile too ? This what I see : https://www.screencast.com/t/ormBK7xjXqU7.
Hello!
Please check if you have the mobile header global for desktop and mobile too.
If there still is that problem, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes(blocks).
Thank you!
Hello,
Can you provide some screenshots of your problem?
You can edit the mobile page with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Thank you!
Hello,
I understand you have created a mobile page, please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
Recently, I have been following up with some issues I am getting with the Single post mobile page that I created on the Newspaper theme.
Whenever I publish a post on my website. It does show up on the desktop version under the featured posts, and under the specific categories tab as well.
But, the same post doesn’t appear under the Mobile version of the Single Post Template which has my landing page. The post does appear under the category in the menu though which is not using any cloud template.
To be simple on the Mobile version – I have a cloud template that doesn’t show up in the post until I manually purge the cache. But, it shows under the non-cloud template which is basically the category link added to my mobile menu.
When I try to open the non-cached version of a webpage on mobile. Let us say https://www.heapooh.com/?nocache I can see the post on my homepage with the same cloud template.
I have already talked to my hosting provider but the issue is more like the cloud template I guess. Can you guys please help me with it?
Regards,
Anshul Nischal
Hello,
This is how I see the mobile header when using TagDivcomposer settings : https://www.screencast.com/t/ljNYZhXS.
However, this is how it really looks like on mobile, as you see there is a black banner : https://www.screencast.com/t/bdB1MC5bdd.
I have to begin scrolling to see the logo and menu : https://www.screencast.com/t/i9gojSld7r.
How do I do to display logo and menu instead of the black banner ?
Thanks in advanced.

Hello. I delete and re-install the WP Bakery but nothing change.
I see the same problem in the header cloud template: when I tried to modify the template in backend, in the front end nothing change.
Here: https://nuovaincognitacostantino.online/gioco-delleroe/ I found also some problem in the column, the last four colored rectangles are not centered. I found a problem in the Revolution Slider too: in the mobile mode doesn’t appear. It could be because of the same conflict?
How can I do?
And
Hi there!
Where can i edit the footer that is being shown on the mobile version of my homepage?
I’ve added a mobile page and now a different footer appears (see screenshot) and i can’t edit it with TagDiv composer or find it in the WP dashboard

Hello!
Usually, with the default settings, this element on mobile should be like that: https://www.screencast.com/t/hbtGWja1w
Please check the default size from default settings, or try to add the element again.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:
– https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
– https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
