Was (unfortunately) able to recreate the problem.
This happens after Mobile Theme plugin is disabled and removed. The additional challenge is that even after re-enabling the mobile theme the issue stays. It is not possible to save the content part of the page. Only Header and Footer parts are saved.
Really need assistance on this…
Hello,
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
This issue can be from the plugin cache you use, when the mobile responsive version is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, if you use other plugins for cache, those can interfere with the theme and causes this problem.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I must remove the TagDiv Mobile theme and the AMP Plug-in too. They were in coflict. Now I have the old mobile-page that I create for page of the website that I don’t know how to show instead of the automatic cloned content of the page for the mobile.
This is the page: https://nuovaincognitacostantino.online/descrizione-mobile/
Here you can see the “City” logo and the imported menu, but I modified it with the creation of the mobile menu. When I click in “Edit with TagDiv composer” the menu is correct. Anyway I would like to see this page when I use the mobile.
Could you help me?
I cant get the logo to show in desktop header.
However it is showing in desktop sticky, tablet and mobile headers.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dan
Hello!
1. I checked your website and it seems your Mobile Theme version is loading in desktop.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I’m sorry to inform you, but I do not understand from your example what you need to achieve.
2. Check this documentation and you will be able to build a mega menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!
Hi Guys,
I trust you are all keeping well.
I have an issue with stacking of my banner ad’s when page loads. This occurs for a split second and then ok and the banner location starts to rotate as it should. Both on desktop and Mobile devices accross multiple browsers Ive tested. There is only 2 ads in the group location at present, the worry is when I add some more!
This stacking of ads doesn’t occur in the header location though! Only on the sidebar and in-post locations?
Could this be a pixel dimension size of the banner ads Ive created? .. is there a specific size guide to design to for desktop and mobile?.. for instance the size Ive created the sidebar ads are 600 x 500 pixels.
I am using AdRotate plugin which you mention in your site documentation. Their support has not been helpful in solving this issue I’m afraid.
Please see this example of a page. Thank you.

Hi!
I’m can’t find the right settings to let the background image in my ROW element scale well on mobile.
What settings should i use? See screenshot:

Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)), as I said above.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
I hope this information helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have mobile responsive you can make changes in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php, if you use the mobile theme plugin you need to make changes in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/register.php
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

Hello. I have added some custom code for tables on Newspaper X Theme. In Theme Panel -> Custom Code, I have successfully added Custom CSS, jQuery and Javascript for desktop version.
I exclusively use AMP version for mobile devices and tablets (I use the Transitional Template Mode on AMP installed plugin) and I would like to add this particular code (Custom CSS, jQuery and Javascript) in AMP version as well. I tried to insert code on Mobile Theme -> Custom Code->Your own CSS, Your Custom Javascript, but on no avail. The code classes and commands are not displayed.
Please, if possible, I recommend to follow this example URL both from desktop and from any mobile device, to understand the issue in the display of the tables (they use JSON from Google Sheets for table content and TablePress plugin for structure and auto import): https://www.bet3.gr/stoixima-prognostika/stirigma-tis-imeras/den-kanei-aggareia-i-verona/
Do I have to transform CSS, jQuery, Javascript to AMP oriented code? I do not really know to develop under AMP requirements. Any help?
Looking forward for a reply from your team. I would like to thank you very much in advance for your time and help.
Best regards,
Konstantinos Vorilas
Now that you asked, here is a link from the website. You can test any other article at random, and the results will still be the same.
One thing you need to know is the difference between field data and lab data. What most people test on page speed insights or Gtmetrix is lab data. Your page might perform better in the lab, but in the field, things are different.
The lab data displayed is an aggregate of the last 28 days. I just implemented the changes in less than 15 days, so I will take more time to wait and see how Google will compute the average after 28 days.
Also, important to note about core web vitals is that users on a slow network might affect the scores. Check this article – https://www.searchenginejournal.com/countries-with-slow-internet-can-affect-core-web-vitals-scores/402684/
Hi.
If I’m right those errors are related to mobile version, usually this those appear for responsive version and if I’m right those are related to mobile friendly.
Usually, this can be easy solved if you choose to use the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
I saw you have the mobile theme plugin activate, so you need to add the logo in Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> Header => https://www.screencast.com/t/JRfLgTHiiD
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi! I need to add some links in my mobile login popup. I’ve managed to do it on the desktop version, but on mobile i cannot find where is the file to do it.
It is not td-login-modal.php -> there is the desktop version.
Can you please tell me where is the file for the mobile version? Thank you very much.
could you please tell me how can i edit in my current mobile theme. I dont understand that when you designed the mobile theme then why you dont setup these pages when all pages are visible in mobile theme then why these pages are missing. i think this is a biggest bug from your side how can i fix this. I buy your theme because i am not a developer and after buying you told me i should be a good developer too. If i know how to design a page in mobile editor then why i buy your theme. please tell me the solution i am not able to design a contact page in mobile editor because i am not a developer i can just edit in your theme.

Hello,
On mobile view, my website logo is shown as NEWSPAPER the art of publishing. How should I change it to my own company logo? Please advise
Thanks
Hi would you pls look at my page from desktop and than from mobile. no screenshot needed.
http://www.gurmecenter.com
I did every thing you said. but my mobile template can not be set…..
Nothing. The problem came back.
The mobile page doesn’t appear even if I created and set into the theme.
Okay, I have a couple of issues that I think may be related:
1. With the WP Super Cache Plugin NOT installed, whenever I upload a new post and then visit my homepage, I’m being served an old version and the newest post does not show up. I have to hit refresh for it to show. Not a good experience for the user if they visit the site and see outdated content.
2. My solution was to install Wp Super Cache and have the cache clear every time a new post is published. The issue is, when I install and activate WP Super Cache, the Mobile Theme stops working and mobile users are served the desktop version. They aren’t even served the dynamic mobile version, it’s the desktop version that doesn’t even fit on screen.
Thank you for any insight you can provide. My website is Goingfor2.com
Hello,
When I activate the AMP Plug-in the system crash down and the access to the website is forbidden, in front end and in backend.
Without these plug-in I can’t use the website through mobile.
So, what can I do?
(Just a consideration: it’s not the first time that a similar conflict happens between your theme and the plug-ins that you lead and suggest us to install. How can you fix or understand without your own hand and eyes any kind of problem linked to the comunication with your theme and the plug-in that you oblige to install?
It’s a kind of paradox that there’s not in other theme that I used.
This support approach make harder to work not only for me but for you also that you can’t join inside every website to see faster and in a exact manner every problem.
I lost time with it and you lost time too.)
On my domain: revive.nl
On the mobile version. Under the second image there is blank part.
The 1 and 3 picture are normal. But the middle one. 2 picture always shows a blank part under it.
See picture: https://imgup.nl/image/eaP
I assigned the mobile page. The problem was the absence of the AMP plug-in.
Now still the problem with the revolution slider. In the mobile doesn’t appear it.
Could you help me?
Hello,
The option to enable/disable the AMP is available only when the mobile theme plugin is disabled.
Thank you!
