Εverything was working fine until I went out of maintenance mode. Then the desktop template was ruined fetching the default one. When I logged in and clicked saved for the desktop template it ruins my mobile one. If I save my mobile it ruins the desktop and vice versa.
I tried and disabled the mobile templates but still somehow they are being picked when in single post.
What is wrong?
PS. I disabled super cache to allow me to save the desktop template.

Hello,
I checked your website and the mobile page works well. => https://prnt.sc/10fxvj1 -> https://prnt.sc/10fxvxh
Maybe the problem was from the cache.
Thank you!
Hi there! I wanna customize mobile hamburger menus and its layout. Check here https://prnt.sc/10fx12c
I wanna put social icon on footer and add an extra menu under social icons and wanna place my website logo on the top left side. Please let me know how can i customize this section.
Hi CT Lab, for more details about the mobile theme plugin and how this can be use, please check this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ so using the mobile theme plugin you need to set the page content in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/iGzcR7B.png, or you can choose to use the responsive version of that page using the option from Gutenberg -> https://i.imgur.com/EHme5uj.png
Also the responsive version should look like on this demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_tech/ if is not like this, then it can be a plugin conflict or maybe you have done some custom chnages.
Thank you!
Tried this and it has not helped. Tried opening the back-end using incognito window, cleared my host cache, cleared everything else and still no luck. I do not have Wordfence installed. All the plugins that are active are tagDiv* and AMP. Trying to set my Mobile theme to Mobile + AMP
Hi, I want to keep the scroll-to-top button clear of the footer on mobile only (where I have a menu and social share icons).
I use the mobile plugin. I have changed the css for the mobile section to read:
.td-scroll-up{
bottom: 122px !important;
}
It needs the word ‘important’ to make it have any effect. However this makes it show in view even at the top of the page.
Is there a way to hide the icon above the fold? It’s a long time since I set up the theme so I can’t recall if I did anything apart from the css:)
Thank you for that and shotcodes from wp contact works well here also.
Can you suggest me how can I block using of cloud library theme in page insight scans? Why it loads with cloud library theme while I’m using only Newspaper default theme and I do not create any theme variant for mobile.

I’m sorry tagDiv so all the recent questions! I have figured most of them on my own, but I have 1 remaining issue.
On Mobile Theme, using multiple mobile devices to test, all pages are blank besides the page title. You can see this by going to my site (themoneyninja.com) and selecting a page from the menu icon. Nothing works besides the category pages.
If you’re using a cache plug-in (I’m using WP Rocket), perhaps I should turn on having a separate mobile cache?
I just activated the Mobile Theme and it has helped my Google Page Insights speed. However, now my desktop version has issues. The main page (themoneyninja.com) is formatted as a mobile version. Some of my posts on desktop looks like a giant mobile version and has lost the sidebar (https://themoneyninja.com/chase-600-checking-and-savings-bonus/).
Help please.
Thanks.
Hi there. What if I’m using Classic Blog (not Classic Blog Pro)? Also, where can I find the mobile viewport?
Please ignore, I resolved the issue. Deactivating all the plug-ins, installing the Mobile Theme, and then activating everything back seemed to have worked!
Hi,
I am trying to remove the thumbnails but no luck: https://i.imgur.com/QHplhcO.png
I see no option via TagDiv Composer when editing the Cloud Template.
Can you help me please?
Thank you a lot!
Hello,
The issue is when I go to AMP version of mobile theme. The custom code and/or translation is not working in AMP version specifically.
In example when we go to the normal mobile page, search, the input text in portuguese brazilian: Buscar
https://mobilidaderio.com.br/category/ciclismo/
And when we go to AMP version, then the text in search input will be: Search…
https://mobilidaderio.com.br/category/ciclismo/?amp
Is there a way to customize the translation in AMP version?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
I have the latest version of Newspaper and I cannot get the mobile theme to work. See igamingtimes.com on mobile.
I have activated the Mobile theme plugin but cannot configure, edit or save and the site is just showing a broken theme on mobile
Hi team,
I am working on creating a mobile version of the homepage and consecutive categories. But whenever I am creating a new mobile page using + sign right to mobile page – Tag DIV on top bar. I am copying content on Mobile version, but the new page is not getting created. Is there any other way, I can create and copy content on a mobile page from the backend?

Hello, I just activated the mobile page for the cover of my website (Not the mobile theme) and everything works fine, however with the passage of hours, even if I have the mobile page activated, for some reason it shows on mobile devices my desktop version adjusted to mobiles.
Also, when I do a Google Speed Insights test, it detects the tablet version as the desktop version.
When we are on our mobile site, the spy glass for search goes to the footer when you click on it. Is there anyway to fix search on mobile without having to either use the mobile plug-in or rebuild all pages for mobile? I would hope there would be an easy fix since the header search bar works on desktop.
Hi—is there a quick way to show the mobile menu on tablet portrait (and hide the desktop menu)? I’m not using the builder, just the standard newspaper theme options.
Hi tagDiv,
I’m not able to install the mobile theme or AMP plug-in. When I click “install” on either box, a gray screen appears with the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Hi,
We have a huge problem with the display on mobile. We cannot use your mobile theme because it won’t show our custom pages and we cannot recreate each single page separately again for mobile because of the sheer volume. Please let me know if there is a solution to maybe use your mobile version for post pages and include our custom pages from the desktop version. Or fixing your regular theme view for mobile without using the mobile version. As it is right now it looks horrible.
When opening my newspaper site on mobile, I receive thid message:
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/9/d850368471/htdocs/icel/wp-content/Newspaper/tagdiv-deploy-mode.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php7.4′) in /homepages/9/d850368471/htdocs/icel/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 11\
——————————-
surley there is no (/wp-content/Newspaper/….) on wordpress. It should be (/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/….)
How can I fix this?
Thank you
Hello,
So if I understood correctly, do you want to have this type of menu on your mobile as well as the one on the desktop, or not?
I verify your menu on mobile, and now look like this => https://prnt.sc/10dog9a -> https://prnt.sc/10doh4t
However, if the changes do not take effect, there may be a cache issue.
Please make sure that you clear your cache because you may face a delay due to the cache being on.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can not customize so much the AMP version. The few changes you can make are located in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
