Hello Bettina,

I got another problem haha

I found that on the “animal pro theme”, the theme I am using, there is a button to reset/recover the password hidden behind the cover picture on the mobile menu by default.
picture of my problem

Is there a way to delete it ?

Thanks for your help,

Hi, Vlad!

It worked a little; now Console asks this:
[DOM] Input elements should have autocomplete attributes (suggested: “new-password”): (More info: https://goo.gl/9p2vKq) <input class=”td-login-input” type=”password” name=”login_pass” id=”login_pass-mob” value required>

But, let me ask something: Is there a way to make this element not o load?
<div id=”td-mobile-nav”>

It is the mobile menu, that is loaded in desktop view.. I don’t need it, as I am using Mobile Pages for the mobile version (and thus it is not needed to load..)

Hello!

This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi All,
I am having problems hiding the author box in the mobile theme settings.
If you visit https://businesscornwall.co.uk/news-by-industry/appointments/2021/02/new-ceo-at-frugi/ you will see the author at the bottom.
This does not appear on other posts or when viewing from a desktop browser.
Any help appreciated.

But the question remained open.
For example, if use the “Column Text” element and add a shortcode through “Edit Content”, then the CSS styles will not work correctly when viewed using a mobile or tablet. How to fix?

Yes it should look like that http://www.superbike-news.co.uk/Video/AMP.png

It looked like that a couple of months ago

It makes no difference removing the mobile theme the AMP is still not working.

I was all working fine before.

Hello !

I’m not sure I fully follow your issue. So you want to have this look on AMP: http://www.superbike-news.co.uk/Video/AMP.png ?

If that so you will need to remove the mobile theme plugin. At the moment you are using the mobile theme plugin which as the name says it is another theme designed only for mobile viewport and that affects what you see at the moment.

Let me know the result !

Thank you !

Hello,

Yes that is correct we are editing a mobile page and only the mobile viewpoints appear in TagDiv. The issue we are having is that in TagDiv the desktop view is what is initially loaded first.

So the problem is when editing a mobile page the desktop view is shown initially until you actually click one of the mobile view tabs. Then you see the mobile view you actually want to change. The desktop view tab is not shown at all, only the two mobile views.

The mobile page was created from a desktop page using the copy with content feature. The mobile page seems to behave as expected except for loading the desktop view in TagDiv initially when editing the mobile page.

Thanks-
Stan

Hello !

First please make sure to check for a plugin conflict. Deactivate all the plugins except the tagDiv ones and try. Also please make sure that you followed all the steps to install the mobile theme plugin as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Let us know the result !

Thank you !

But when viewed from a device (mobile or tablet), the styles do not work – http://prntscr.com/y5l28w
What could be the problem?

If I disable the mobile plugin, Photos are not visible in the articles also categories. Menu has bug and it is not clickable from iphone.
I do not understand why it is not working, I have install the demo pulse pro and have also created mobile versions. Have disable and enable anything. With the mobile theme plugin the homepage is only last articles. But you can see here https://prnt.sc/y59pqy
I have created mobile theme but it is not showing the correct version live!!!!!

So is there support for this theme if all setting from us are ok? Why you do not help with support with login?

Hi,
Usually when this message appear, you need to login via FTP or cPanel and delete the folder for that plugin, in this case mobile theme plugin folder (httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin) after that you should be able to install it.
This is usually apply for all themes.
Hope this will help you!

Hello @andreeaj!

You can choose a main menu for mobile from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme like this:
https://www.screencast.com/t/KolrXE92
And you can build a menu from Appearance -> Menus.
Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

Normally, it should be working well and show up all viewports when you edit a desktop page, but when you edit a mobile page, then only the mobile viewport is appear.
Please make sure you have selected a mobile page here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gZyQuDV3kUVf

Let me know about your results!

Thank you!

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.

Thank you !

Hi,

The “Global template” is the default setting. A mobile page requires a mobile header and footer template. At the moment there are only the blank mobile header and footer templates available for import https://prnt.sc/y4hchy -> https://prnt.sc/y4hhl1
Same for the footer.
So you can either import the blank header and footer templates and build them in the composer. Or convert a desktop header/footer template in a mobile template like this for example -> https://prnt.sc/y4i680 and customize it further. Same for the footer.
Please give it a try.

Thank you!

Ive done all that I have created pages in mobile and were linked to non mobile pages as we were instructed they used to work but no longer.

I know the mobile editor wont render I only used my desktop to show I have created two version of a page

Again they AMP pages used to work they no longer work.

As you will see from the screen shot I sent you I have created two versions of all the pages one non AMP which is linked to AMP page. Which used to work but used stopped working.

Two months ago they were ALL tested on a iphone 11 and all the AMP pages were working fine

I disabled all plugins bar the tag div amp etc to see if there was a conflict but still

Hi,

If you did as my above screenshot then it should display the responsive version, just make sure you clear all cache. Only if you want to display only the responsive version, disable the mobile theme and make sure clear all cache.

Thank you!

Hi,

The homepage is excluded from the mobile theme from what I can see, while the rest of the website uses it. I failed to see that it seems.

I also now notice that you used different sizes for the mobile logo on the responsive version and for the logo on the mobile theme
https://soyunperro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Logo-SUP-New2.png.webp
https://soyunperro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/a1a2.png.webp

So this code solution will enlarge the logo to its original size when entered as I mentioned, just for the homepage.
I can make it larger for the mobile theme as well, for a better quality but the original size is too large.
Maybe setting the same logo as the responsive version uses, for the mobile theme as well, would be better if possible. Then it will look consistently and better across the website https://prnt.sc/y48zw5 after the enlargement.
If you switch then logo as I mentioned, enter that previous code where I mentioned, and this one in the mobile theme custom CSS – https://pastebin.com/BUnCDNyP

Normally the logos look better if originally they are of this size https://prnt.sc/y496qi but that is not actually required.

Let me know.

Thank you!
