- TutorialsWhat is Ajax preloading?
I think you have not understood me, or perhaps I have misunderstood.
I use the tagdiv mobile plugin, and I want to keep using it because it makes the posts faster on mobiles.
I want the category pages to be responsive, to avoid using the default categories in tagdivmobile
Can I do it?
Hello!
Home Page Header will appear on the whole site when you edit your mobile page and access Website Manager. Then you can check the header template that you want to become global like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/jj0pgGVZ3URE
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
I added a cloud template and checked it on mobile and its working fine with the cloud template.
Thanks
Hello !
You can do this but you will have to disable the mobile theme plugin in order for this to work. You can follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-editor-category-templates/
Thank you !
I am getting this error on my Google Search Console for the site running Newspaper theme (Tech Theme in Cloud) – http://prntscr.com/vlzwd7
How do I resolve this issue? I am using WP Rocket, Cloudflare, and Smush Free.
To them I’ll pass this and the credential to logins
Hi! I was dealing with a few things in the blog before passing you the access data.
determined landing page for one of your models (Guys, your tool is simply the best) I have not then imported the content option.
Well, it’s happening, or “not happening a few things”. Let me explain:
When I try to set up a landing page
Try to set up a page, but don’t do it, please, and you will see that the option to not import the model content is not available! 🙁
On the other hand, I’m not able to find a widget to show COVID-19 information.
Well, my blog is to prevent HIV/AIDS, but COVID-19 concerns us, is a serious and often fatal condition, we must, as persons living with HIV keep an eye on this matter also.
At last, could you guys create a nice mobile version of my blog, please?
Anyway, thank you so much for your attention
I did it but the adv isn’t showing…
in the general panel the adv script is present (on the desktop it works fine)
I put the script also in the mobile theme field (https://imgur.com/YMcVC2L) but on mobile isn’t working (I imagine that the general script wasn’t loaded
on the AMP – as you know – you needd a script in the head section and a script in the body… it isn’t working… (https://imgur.com/k9MUvhl)
how can I fix it?
Hi,
I can see that now you have set the responsive version of theme -> https://i.imgur.com/sH1WvAe.png
Are you used the mobile theme plugin or the new option for mobile page ? Because right now is non of theme (it is the responsive version).
If you use one of the above options for mobile, please make sure that you clear you cache and Cloudflare (if you are using).
Thank you!
Hi raventaz, like norbiQue said, make sure that your cache is clean and your Cloudflare, also make sure that the Cloudflare is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also if you are using the mobile page it will be helpful if you are using a cache plugin with a special option for mobile device as the WP Super Cache plugin from our guide -> https://i.imgur.com/jo2TQ2L.png
Thank you!
Hi,
The amp plugin can be use with our theme only in two ways:
1. If you are using the amp plugin with mobile theme plugin, then you can use one of these options -> https://i.imgur.com/CT67aRq.png
2. Without mobile theme plugin, but using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/7wa0jJk.png
For the moment the amp plugin that we provide works only with these settings with our theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Jukey123, normal the sidebar from desktop version should be set on responsive version (mobile) after the end of post content.
After some investigations I found this css -> https://i.imgur.com/Sif8UOR.png that is set the sidebar to the left. Did you made some changes to the single poste template with tagDiv Composer? Because is possible to be some custom settings that are apply on mobile version too. To see if this is, please get a new single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it on posts to see if those are still displaying the sidebar on mobile.
Let us know the results!
Thanks Calin,
The mobile menu is now working. 🙂
The last thing I need help with is that my hero section on mobile is not showing the same on my mobile as in the td composer – please see my message above for screenshots of the issue.
Cheers,
Anna.
Hi,
Unfortunately this is the only documentation that we have right now, sorry!
The code set in theme panel> analytics/js codes> will be use for all theme plugins, including the mobile theme plugin.
Also for mobile theme if you select to use mobile+ amp or amp -> https://i.imgur.com/ysx1zI9.png then you can set the amp auto ads and amp analytics in those fields -> https://i.imgur.com/s0o8QlV.png the rest of ads can be set the same as for desktop version using this section -> https://i.imgur.com/BPYnFRw.png
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
I’ve made a mobile page using cloud template – Magazine Pro
Using TagDiv Composer (and cloud template), I’ve made a mobile page for my Home Page (with Header: Video News).
All works perfectly on Home Page, but the Header does not appear on the whole site – for example, on the articles, there is the Header version of the responsive website.
How can I make the Home Page Header appear on the whole site and not only on the Home Page?
Thank you for your help !
Regards,
I have a custom post type, and in that there are articles i do not want to use the mobile theme, similar to how i can with pages, by setting tdm_status. Looking at the code, td_mobile_theme.php, it is using url_to_postid which doesnt work for custom post types. Is there a better way to exclude these cpt?
I have created each mobile page a dozen times!!! and when the customer needs a change, I need to rebuilt it again!
I’m setting up a mobile page at https://www.rep-am.com/homepage-mobile/
After the second block on the home page all of the Load More or Prev/next produce the same posts.
I have tested with multiple browsers and have received the same results.
hi
the documentation is not so clear on how to setup the adv for the mobile theme
we have a script in the head section of the desktop site annd then we use the theme panel adv section to insert the adv script into the sidebar and so on…
in the mobile theme the adv head code is inserted? where heve I to put it because in the mobile theme there are just the position slot…
same thing for the amp adv: where have I to put the head script that let the auto ad code to work?
can you please provide a complete documentation? the one on the site is very poor
thanks

Hi,
For mobile theme please use this css -> https://i.imgur.com/4zkxGJI.png
.single .td-post-content a {
text-decoration: underline;
text-decoration-color: #f6a656;
}
.single .td-post-content a:hover {
color: #a4af3f;
}
Set the code in theme panel> mobile theme > custom code> css -> https://i.imgur.com/O8c2lMC.png
Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Hi Jose, with the last theme version you can use the responsive version for mobile or you can try the new mobile page option -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ in this way you can make the mobile layout and content how you like using tagDiv Composer and without affecting the desktop version.
Thank you!
