When the mobile theme is enable it will overwrite the mobile page and the responsive version, therefore if you want to use them, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/gWPWpZr.png make sure that this option is disable -> https://i.imgur.com/MWfVRRJ.png after that you need to set for each page the mobile page that you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/BTZ7Xta.png

Hi raventaz, like norbiQue said, make sure that your cache is clean and your Cloudflare, also make sure that the Cloudflare is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also if you are using the mobile page it will be helpful if you are using a cache plugin with a special option for mobile device as the WP Super Cache plugin from our guide -> https://i.imgur.com/jo2TQ2L.png
