Hello !

As you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZnsNccXf2Z This is how a regular visitor sees your website on mobile device. Do you have the posibility to test this on another device in order to be 100% sure ?

Thank you !

Hello !

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello !

When you are on the inspector and on a mobile emulator please always refresh your page after you set the viewport you want. Because you have mobile theme active you will see that on real mobile view your 1st link does not have content. And your 2nd. link shows the latest articles. That is a sign of mobile theme plugin being active.

Same problem here. After switching to X I can’t change the mobile theme logo anymore. I don’t have the “Logo for mobile” menu. Even when I select “no template”.

Nevermind. I had to activate the Standard Package.

Hi – when using the Art Magazine post template, what settings need changing to extend the featured image to be full width instead of the white borders on the sides? it’s quite noticeable on mobile. Thanks. https://imgur.com/KK88Gxo

I’m definitely still not seeing in-article auto ads on my iPhone 11 using Safari. I’ve cleared both the site’s cache and my browser’s cache. The only in-article ad I see is the one I set manually after the second paragraph in Mobile Theme > Mobile Ads > Article Inline Ad.

thanks for responding but it does not seem you read my issue….. as i am already doing all the things you mentioned

We have added in mobile content on the homepage (in the WP editor at the bottom)

so please, my problem is… looks like hard returns in the text are not being recognized and all the content clumps together. <p></p> not working, <br> is not working. i put code in the text side and once i switch to the visual it is being removed.

Hi,

I have an issue with columns in Newspaper 9 and 10.
Look at https://seashore.nl/nieuw/, created in Newspaper 9:
In mobile view the columns are not stretched to fill the screen, but leave a wide margin to the right.
There are three columns here, and in the center column I added an inner row, with three columns.

Then page 32, https://seashore.nl/nieuw/hh2/, created in Newspaper X (upgraded this morning):
Here’s the other way round. In mobile view the columns are perfectly stretched out to fill the screen, but in other views it is offset to the left, leaving a wider margin to the right.
Again a three column lay out, this time with inner rows divided in two columns. There’s a peculiar issue here as well: the two outer columns are set to be 15% wide, but every time I change the width of the inner column to 70% it disappears. testing this in other pages, the same result. The inner column keeps disappearing the moment after the set the width to a certain percentage.

What could be the issues here?

Cheers, Martin.

Sorry but I don’t understand.
For years we change this 2 links in your theme.
It was quiet simple: open 2 files and replace some code by /profil
But till last update your regulary change the place of this code and files!
I only asking to have the name and place of the 2 files I have to edit to impact the change in the mobile and computer mobile.
Thanks

Hello !

We have inspected your website using multiple mobile devices and all the auto ads render on our side. Please make sure that you do not have cache, clear it and check again.

Thank you !

Ok thanks
So if I understand to change tge link ONLY in the computer and mobile menu i only have to open the file td author block.Php?
And what sentence will have i change to point to /profil ?

I’ve tried that – deleted the logos from the media library completely and re-uploaded, but I’m still getting the error message, only on mobile.

We updated to Newspaper X and added three AdSense tags to the “Article Inline Ad” sections on the Cloud Templates. After we did that, the three ads show up fine in articles on Desktop. But now, when you look on mobile, it is no longer adding auto ads to articles. I’m not sure if the two are related, but it happened after the Newspaper X update.

Here’s an article that should definitely have inline auto ads on mobile but doesn’t anymore:

https://www.vitalthrills.com/2019/11/04/hbo-december-2019-schedule-and-cinemax-highlights/

I have the proper AdSense code in the AMP Ads section in the Mobile Theme settings.

Hello Vlad

Maybe I was not clear.
We don’t want to do a redirection but change the URL.

In Newspaper theme, when your log, your name appears.

For now we still have to change in some Newspaper theme files the link.
A dev did for me but didn’t give me the info.
After the last update the link in the computer theme is still ok and send to the right URL /profil.
But not in the mobile version (notice we don’t have the Newspaper mobile plugin activate).

So my question is : I want to do the last update.
After that both links will no more send to /profil
Could you please tell me which 2 files I have to change ? In which folders and at what lines ?

Thanks
