In the mobile version of my webiste http://www.mastermcqs.com I want to decrease the margin between the Logo and the Menu bar but I cant find a way to do that.
Plz help me out
I created the footer as required by my customer (https://prnt.sc/ou1j2w). At the moment it looks more or less acceptable. But when i switched the view into the mobile version it looked not so pretty as i wanted be (https://prnt.sc/ou1j91). Can i customize footer for mobile version separate from desktop version?
Hi Vlad,
Oh, now I get it! 🙂
So I turned off the Mobile Theme plugin. Speed is fine, design also, that’s how I wanted it.
Just now: the hamburger menu and search doesn’t work properly.

Hello,
I have encountered a problem with a demo called “influencer” (newspaper theme) on a mobile version both on iOS and Android.
Here is the video of the bug: (animation cancel&bug while using search option) with android (with my huawei mate 10 pro)
Link of the vid: https://vimeo.com/354366543
The other bug is with iOS: (photo on the home page is somehow not completely attached to the menu (it is but the dark overlay isn’t) (with my iphone 10)
link of the img: https://ibb.co/T1b9WJ8
I wanted to ask one more thing:
How can I change the logo when I scroll down a bit? http://prntscr.com/otukhd
Thanks in advance
Predrag Jerinic
Under Mobile Theme -> Grids, “Show Front Page Grid” is toggled ON. Category filter is set to “All Categories” and Grid sort is set to Featured. Number of posts = 3. But the grid does not show up.
However, if I set the Category filter to a particular category (e.g. on my site, “Bible & Theology”), it shows up. But I don’t want it to just show one category. I want the most recent featured articles to show up.
Any ideas?
Hi.
Our header manager is changing the full pc/mac layout when we change the mobile landscape layout. We seem to be having issues with the TagDiv editor today. I can edit the header while editing a page – that’s when it changes the layout for pc/imac. When I try to change the cloud template header 3, it gets the error.
Is there any other information I can provide? WordPress credentials, etc.?
Thanks again.

Hello,
I’d like the flex1 block to be full width on mobile
How to?
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.

Hi,
I browsed the website on a mobile and with the emulator for quite a while, I have to say that for me it works perfectly fine, same as on desktop. Maybe it happens at specific moments for some reason
– https://prnt.sc/otd9we – https://prnt.sc/otd9zr – https://prnt.sc/otda3t
Would it be possible to contact the hosting provider so they can take a look at the server error log? Could be valuable information about the issue there.
Our email is contact@tagdiv.com but if the website is working fine at the time of testing, we wouldn’t quite know what to check. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi guys,
On a category page (Cloud Library) I want 6 posts in a loop on desktop an 4 posts on mobile. I thought I would do it by copying the post loop block and hiding it on certain devices. But when I set the mobile block to 4 posts, it also shows 4 on the desktop even though it shows six in tagdiv composer. Is this a known problem? https://bit.ly/2KGxpwU
I have put a lot of work into my site optimizing things from a hidden url before stitching servers and site content – (So I couldn’t view on my mobile device). I used the mobile view tab in the TagDiv composer to see what I THOUGHT would be the mobile look of my site. However, now that the site is online, even the homepage doesn’t look at all similar now.
I read here: that the built in TagDiv mobile theme defaults to 3 grid pictures and latest posts (for homepage). THIS IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED. What happened to the look I saw in the mobile view tab?
Does anyone know how to fix this spo my site shows up the same way in mobile as it does on desktop? I just want it to be similar.
Plz help!

Hi Guys,
I have added the ads code into Mobile Theme but is not showing up.
I have checked all the tutorials about placing ad code in Mobile Theme. However, Google Adsense is showing two different ad codes for AMP Auto Ads, one goes for head tag and another to be placed into body tag. but the Mobile Theme has only one column for AMP Auto Ads. so my question is if i want to enable auto ads for AMP, which code should i place in the theme?
Alternate page with proper canonical tag
screen shot: https://snag.gy/UvBJYi.jpg
kindly tell me how can i fix these errors mostly are amp pages.
i am using newspaper theme with mobile theme and amp plugin.
Hello !
Please try this custom CSS:
.td-main-menu-logo amp-img img {
min-height: 100%;
}
This must be pasted into Theme Panel – Mobile Theme – Custom CSS: https://www.screencast.com/t/THIJ4TDFX6
Thank you !
Hi,
I checked the website, seems to be working fine now – https://prnt.sc/osjtu6
– https://prnt.sc/osjtxr – https://prnt.sc/osju41
It would be quite unusual if on desktop the internal links are working, and on mobile they don’t.
Thanks
Hi,
Now this is quite an unusual issue. Looks like when I click on the drop-down arrow it refreshes the page, like a misclick on the current language menu item.
For me it works fine on mobile – https://prnt.sc/osimjj -> https://prnt.sc/osimgk
I found a similar topic about this issue here – https://wpml.org/forums/topic/opening-language-switcher-drop-down-causes-refresh-page/
You could try the javascript code mentioned there, in the theme or child theme functions file. Then check if the issue is solved.
Thanks
Hello !
We have inspected your search page and everything seems to be in order. We have used an Android Mobile device, have you tested on other devices ?
Thank you !
