@RWSyk, please notice that when you are using the AMP+Mobile theme, your mobile layout will be displayed like on Mobile Theme. Please check the plugin’s documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also, we have released a new theme update where was fixed some of the issues like Sharing buttons and we recommend to update it. Please give more details about the issues you have so we can investigate them.

I have updated to 9.7.1 on a staging site and have turned on mobile theme and AMP.
However, I only see the AMP option in the WordPress menu if I disable my Child Theme. Reading through other comments here, it seems that this is common / required in order to use AMP menu settings. I have disabled all non Newspaper plugins and still the same.
Am I right in thinking that I cannot use a Child Theme and AMP together?

First please make sure that you clear all cache after you make the changes for full width.

Please make update to Newspaper v9.7.1 if the message is still there, go in Plugins and delete the tagDiv Mobile Theme https://www.screencast.com/t/scIuvsPNbV after that go in Newspaper>Plugins and update the tagDiv Mobile theme and activate it https://www.screencast.com/t/54HcBdG8p ( if you need it ).

Using mobile+amp you’ll have the same layout for mobile posts/pages and amp, but you’ll need to make a new content in mobile editor for pages and amp.
Using Amp you’ll have the same layout on mobile like on desktop, but the speed will be lower, and you’ll still need to make content for pages in mobile editor, if you want to have amp on theme.

I have been holding off on my theme updates for the same reason, as I also use Kinsta hosting. I am also concerns with increased ajax admin calls, as it seems that each newspaper update I make only increases the calls. Is this normal with the newspaper theme? One more thing, there is still issues with the Mobile theme, when I select for the mobile theme to affect only the amp pages it still does not show the responsive version on non-amp pages. Hopefully there is another update that fixes the outstanding issues sooner than later.

We updated the theme to the current version and the feature image on posts appear smaller when viewing on mobile. When you first load the page on mobile, the image appears small, when you scroll down and then back up to the feature image, it reduces in size. If you keep scrolling down and then back up to feature image, the image will keep reducing in size until it is not visible. I’m using the mobile theme and in that part of the footer content is not displaying and also the same part is not getting indexed in Google.
In the above URL, if you check the footer, “EDITOR PICKS, POPULAR CATEGORY, Our Network” are not displaying in mobile and it is not indexing in Google too. But the remaining parts like “ABOUT US, FOLLOW US, Quick Links” are showing in the Mobile device and it is indexing.
I need everything to be showing on mobile. Please suggest me a code to achieve this.

Hey Guys. Great template. Love everything about it. Seems like it is going to be super simple and effective. I am having two issues with posts..
I am using the entertainment demo and am having trouble getting the post content to be full width. I have modified the icloud post template to 100% width and it shows full width in the appearance window…but those changes are not happening on the live site. I am using visual composer. FYI… I want it full width so the images will be full width and I can add some margins to the containers with text. Second issue on the same page is that a single image (the first one with the satellite with the yellow lines) is seeming to be cropped into a 4:3 image when in fact it is closer to a square if it were full size.

Hi guys.
From the 9.6 update i get a dropdown in adsense (From 1000k month to U$D 600 or less month). In some articles (desktop) the widget block appear… in another don´nt. Sometimes in mobile appear white block without nothing. This problems start with that version. It´s only a comment. For me is strange. I update the theme and all the adsense problems start. (I create the block in 2017, 2 years with same code, but no problems until now) Thanks.
Having the same problem as well. Updated via FTP and updated all new plugins. Even deleted the Mobile Theme plugin via FTB and still receiving the error “This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme!

same error here and I want a refund. It’s inacceptable that theme developers just say it’s WordPress fault or our fault. It’s theme that does not work. And I have same issue also on previous version of theme.
Other issues are that you can’t insert a link in a button. It won’t open it. You have to open it in an other window to work. And many other bugs and issues on mobile. So it’s theme, not WordPress or other plugin (I do not have other plugin except tagdiv and plugin themes). Please answer me for a refund cause theme is not working properly and cause a waste of time.
We do not have to do any sort of tricks to simply log in our site. Or explain clients that to log in they have to do something strange. Absurd.

Before the last update, i was able to find the mobile single post template to edit it. I have to insert a shortcode in PHP code at the end of the posts on mobile theme (to add share buttons from social warfare plugin).
Where can i find it ? I’m juste able to edit loop-single/php template but my shortcode display only on dekstop version, not on mobile theme.
Before this update i was able to edit the header file of mobile theme, now i can’t find it too, can you help me ?
