Is it possible to:
1. Have a full width slideshow on the homepage in the same style as the full width post templates with or without the parallax effect?
2. Have video post in full with as well in the same style?
I would like to create a temporary landing page for use while I’m getting the site up and running. I have created a page using the ‘Centre description with image’ template. Under ‘Page Attributes’ I have also set the page template to be ‘Homepage – blank’:

However, the page still has a header and footer. How can I hide the header and footer for this page?

Like you can see in Custom typography there is an option to set font only for default page template. So when you have text content that template should be used. The other page templates(you use Homepage Blank – http://fashionview.gr/ ) are recommended to be used pagebuilder content like you can see in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates/
We will change Theme Fonts in version 5 of the theme and will be added more options there, till then please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css so it will change font family for paragraph(it should change even if you use another page template than default): http://screencast.com/t/b5VfVlvV

You use pages instead of using posts for text content and pictures that’s why you have some issues with fonts. You can do that, but it will be more easily to use posts to write your articles(set fonts for title and content – http://screencast.com/t/VR5BI1efbPn) as pages are used especially for Page builder – add elements via Visual Composer.

This error is from a plugin that you use plugins/wpclef/ and is not related to the page that you want to create. Please disable that plugin and see if you still have this error.
You can set your sidebar for your post and categories from Theme Panel > Template Settings: http://screencast.com/t/Z4BvywCSse1 and add widgets to it from Widgets section: http://screencast.com/t/rDrG16SmpZk
There will be added smart sidebar feature on Newspaper ver.5

So if you have made any custom modifications please remove theme, also if you have created a new page template you can try to solve those issues.
Also please make sure that you use the latest version of Visual Composer plugin (4.4.3).

But, it also affects the sidebar post title hover over color, which I do not want.

Unfortunately there is no option to set Unique articles in that case, it can be enabled on pages.
You can also try to use a static homepage, use page template with latest articles and add just Big Grid using pagebuilder so you can enable Unique articles for that page and you can use it like a Blog.

If you’re not using a static page then you refer to latest posts page. In that case you need to alter the index.php file and add the big grid: http://screencast.com/t/uO5gxbeTOURb
You can use the page builder to built it then get it’s short-code and use the do_shortcode() function to render the shortcode on the template.
If you don’t know how to do this I suggest you get a freelancer to help you with it.

I am going to use newsmag to run html games as a result i need the game to be as high as possible on the screen
a few questions
1. when i disable ads on the top position it doesn’t show the ad any more but the spacing of the ad is still taken – how do remove height spacing completely when the top ad is off ?
2. is there a way not to show post title at all on full post page so it wont push the game down ?
3. I am running games in iframe what is your recommendations for height and width to make games run on the whole width of the template ? when i use fixed width width it doesnt run well on mobile devices

I think you have to make a category page template with visual composer, but haven’t done that myself.
I have the Newspaper template, and I am editing the homepage with Visual Composer (backend editor, can’t seem to get the frontend editor to work, but that’s another story…)
I have created different blocks, but for some reason only some of them (block 7) will get the right font that I set up in the template’s custom typography. Block 6 and 10 won’t change from the default font, although I changed ALL of the fonts options in custom typography to “Georgia” to make sure I didn’t miss one.
I was thinking this could be fixed in the HTML editor, but that doesn’t seem to exist in wordpress anymore?

1) Mobile version – Implement an anchor ad: this is a new ad format that is working really well for mobile. It is a 320×50 ad units that remains fixed in the lower part of the screen, even when the user moves up and down in the page. I share with you the code. Hi I am hoping someone can help.
When I create a new page template to set as the new homepage the images within and Block settings are not aligned.
For example within the headline slider the last two images drop to the next line. And within other boxes they all stay aligned as one line.
However on my homepage live on the site I do not have this problem. Until I edit these with the new boxes I want within the template and the images do not stay aligned.
