Hey Guys,
We have kind of a big problem with our site. It happens often that it takes more then 10 seconds to load the front page. Sharing posts on Facebook is even a problem, because they give a time out. Therefore I did some troubleshooting and found out the plugin TD Composer and/or TD Standard Pack is causing this issue according to the Query Monitor logs:
We are really disappointed at the moment because visitors are now gone before they even can view the front page.
For instance, when I disable the tagDiv Standard plugin, the issue seems to be solved. But unfortunately that isn’t the solution because then our site is broken.
Looking forward for your assistance.

I want to display articles for multiple specified authors, so fill in multiple author IDs in the filter field

The articles with normal preview can be seen in the management interface, but cannot be displayed in the foreground.
How can I further resolve the issue

In the DivTag builder you can set the image height and image width (percentage based). It looks like something has gone wrong here, it should be minimum image height and width, not depending on the image size and width of your initial image. Which is why they are all different sizes.
I can fix this with CSS, but it would mean writing it all again for desktop/tablet/mobile, but there should be a fix for this soon.
It’s also an issue on your demo theme.

Hi, i just noticed that after switning from newsmag to newspaper my reviews lost the review system at the bottom of single posts.
By searching here i’ve been able to make it show by editing with composer, but i’m not able to style it as show on your DEMO which is how i used to have it before.
I’m referring to black space from single “post review overview” to the others elements (ref.1 on image linked)
and the difference in high from “review summary” and “review overall” (ref.2 on image linked)

Hi Archerix, I’m currently using the Disqus comment with the latest Newspaper 11.4.2 and it’s working fine. Disqus doesn’t replace the default comment automatically, so, I used the universal Disqus code implementation method. At first, I got a preview error but I saved my settings and went on to preview the site if it worked. I don’t know if was luck but it displayed correctly on my site. I reloaded the Tagdiv composer page to see if the error disappears and yes, it did.
Also, you may have to manually import your WordPress comments for them to display on Disqus. Automatic import doesn’t seem to work. I hope this helps. As for the Disqus universal code, you can find it on the Disqus help page here – https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717112-universal-embed-code

Because we wanted to use a social login feature on their user system and we were using Mangboard, we tried to use Mangboard user system. They provide a menu we can simply add our social login ID and secret on their user system. However, their login status was not worked properly on our site, so they worked on those files to let us use their login system.
Do you think those file made any problem?
we had a backup file so we just overwrite with backup and it return to normal now.
Can you guide how to add some sources to those files safely? I have added the link to their sources here.

Hi, im going to try explain with this issue. As you can see in this picture: https://imgur.com/dFBMXSA, my reviews are showing the stars outside but they arent colored/filled to people see exactly the amount like it shows inside: https://imgur.com/eVIy52b.
It should be 4.5 stars filled in the one of the left but is not letting our readers see, they look empty.
Another question is, can i add more stars or make it show outside the numbers instead of stars.

Hi there, after the last update to the 11.4.2 Newspaper theme, in the preview of the related article at the bottom of the posting page a wp_booster error comes up . When I try to use the TAG-Div composer an error of disabled plugins is shown but all the needed plugins are active. The published posts, at the moment, are not affected presumably because published before the update. Hi, im still installing the template on my website but im having a wierd issue. In this pic: https://imgur.com/a/gDxcijk you can see an author template im fixing but when i click on preview or enter this link (https://gamersrd.com/author/ghostraider79/) is just sending me to my Home page, its happening with all other users (even new ones i create).

Hi there 🙂 I’ve gone through the tutorial page regarding featured videos, and have followed directions perfectly. I set the post to the “Video” format, then added the Youtube URL, and the featured image automatically appeared in the “featured image” box. But when I saved the post and looked at the preview, only the image showed, not the video. So, I thought I needed to publish the post for the video to show, but it still doesn’t show 🙁 I even went back and looked at settings for videos, and they look correct to me. Any help you have on this would be truly appreciated 🙂

I wrote a review in the posting option. Please help me with the problem that some posts don’t reveal the reviews normally.

You need to set the reviews for each post in the editor -> https://i.imgur.com/feePhZO.png. The review element should be added only once if you use the same Single Post Template for all posts.

After I update the new version of the theme my server was down most of the time and the hosting provider is saying due to some plugin problems. he is saying “So I suspect an issue with memory maxing out, leading to CPU process being stuck (maybe MySQL queries”

Tested disqus conditional load, same problem. Fatal error wen previewing the post. No comments in the html of the post. If other themes can do it, Newspaper can also do it
sorry I’m not sure how I can explain it any easier, forget the gaming page, if I’m on the homepage and hover over reviews it shows the megamenu but the posts are showing but with no titles
