Unfortunately internet explorer 9 is way behind on everything and some features will not be recognized by iut especially in customized websites such as yours. The issue could come from the custom css you used to make your website rtl. Some css attribute and proprieties are not recognized by ie9. You can try to change the font of the menu to the default one or try a different one and see how they work. (right now you are using this one: http://screencast.com/t/6Nyuz4f8D)

The ad not showing when using a smartlist is not a problem but a theme default behavior. The fact that the ad displayed on your smartlist 4 is the exception. The only smartlists that are supposed to show ads are the last 3 ones: http://screencast.com/t/BDemVpgzPv which have ads inside their content. Any other post ad will not show by default when using a smartlist. In your case the ad could have appeared due to modifications made to the files.

This problem is because of the smart list. Normally the ad should not appear at all when a smartlist is used.

I’ve tested on my side for articles with smartlist enabled and everything seems to works perfectly. Our theme has 3 kind of smartlist with ads (smartlist 6,7,8) – http://screencast.com/t/Gc2Z54WgO – http://screencast.com/t/d6f5xLH9 .
Also, if you want to show the ad in your smartlist, please use smartlist 6, 7, 8, as you wish. If you do not use them, the ads will not appear in other smart lists.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about this so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.

Unfortunately the theme was not meant to work in rtl and there is no option to convert it. The only way to do it is with custom modification. Unfortunately you will have to hire a freelancer to help you with this as it involves lots of work and lots of problems along the way as you encountered already.
You can hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com.

If you are talking about embeded video icons like the ones on posts, they cannot be changed as they come directly from the video platform you embed the code for example youtube has this icon in place: http://screencast.com/t/AHYlMizF

The easiest way to do it is by using the direction alignment in CSS. Please revert your post to the standard layout and just use this simple css to apply RTL style on a specific post.
for example your current post has an id of 325 so you can use css like so:

.postid-325{
direction:rtl!important;
}

Unfortunately i cannot give you a permanent solution as it will require quite a bit of custom work.
You can however align the entire website by using this code in the theme panel:

body{
direction:rtl!important;
}


It will require further customization as some elements will not align properly.

The theme was not designed to support RTL, so unfortunately we do not have options for this kind of customization. You will need to modify quite a few elements in order to display them in RTL.
Please provide a link to your website so we can take a look and maybe come up with a solution, but please understand that we cannot offer any ‘official’ solution for your customization.

I have tested this again and for smartlist 6, the same method applies. If you want to remove the list item number on smart-list 7: http://screencast.com/t/LmaYixeY
On smart list 8 is a whole different matter. The numbers cannot be targeted only for this particular smartlist. You can only remove the numbers for all the smartlists. Smartlist 8 gets the number from the global smartlist number code. You can follow this topic to remove that one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/smart-list-8/
