If you are not using the mobile theme then you can use a cloud template for singles, edit it and drag the ad box after bottom sharing, save the template and set in ton posts.

That would not be possible, the article ads are part of the post content, while the sharing is a different section or element.
That is the case when using default post templates and cloud library templates.
But there are some solutions you could consider. Using default post templates there could be a solution, it will require that you enter the ad with a shortcode in the post template file, instead of using the article top spot.

So you would need to do something like that and place the code above the top sharing, for the post templates you want.
Or if using cloud post templates, don’t set a top article ad, instead place an ad box above the sharing

If I removed Cloudflare I am getting below error:
Refused to apply a style from ‘https://www.mysite.com/wp-content/themes/mysite-child/font-newspaper.css’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
If I delete all from a .htaccess file then I am receiving this an ERROR

Above error, I receive just for “TAGDIV COMPOSER” when I click on edit TAGDIV COMPOSER.
My site speed is OK…
Ah yes! I’m referencing the tagDiv Newsletter plugin. It’s on my homepage – the field and button are being formatted strange (email field used to be centered and button was on the lower right corner). Now I disabled all plugins and removed cache. But still, doesn’t work and remains one 404 error.

What kind of email plugin do you are using on your website? Notice that we do not have any such a recommended plugin in this case, sorry! I am trying to change the section latest article on news page. I want to change its heading, filter criteria but unable to to it from tagdiv composer. Clicking on it doesn’t activate its element on the left side for editing.
Can you please help how can I make changes to this section. Other section below the subscribe email section are also not changeable. Please guide how to make changes to these sections.

I believe this could be coming from a subtitle plugin you currently have installed

For some reason it is trying to add a subtitle to the LinkedIn share button. Try to see if disabling it solves the problem.
