I have inspected your website and I saw that you have a strange span with a background-color: black which does not come from our theme and that’s why you bring that results, sorry! Please try to reinstall that demo again via FTP way after you make a full backup, clear all the caches and check the results. I have tested on my side and I cannot recreate this error. It seems to be strange but the number of your category ID should not influence the Category Filter functionality, sorry! First of all, please make a full backup to your database, create a new page for testing configured with this problem so we can investigate it closer when we access your setup page and then, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel credentials for more deeper investigations. It’s possible to reinstall the theme, remove all of the untested plugins to rule out any conflicting in the theme.

It seems like 8.7.3 installs TD Composer 1.0 if there was a previous installation.
For example, if I switch themes to a totally different theme and delete all tagDiv files (themes and plugins), then install 8.7.3, it works (however TD Composer has not yet been installed). Then from Newspaper > Plugins, I install TD Composer

For whatever reason, it installs TD Composer 1.0 and I get the blank screen. HOWEVER, if I manually install TD Composer 2.2 first and then install 8.7.3 (after full tagDiv erase of files), it works.
So there is something strange going on with the auto-install of TD Composer with 8.7.x. I tried deleting the cache, same issue.
I want to create a new page, but whenever I do so it appears really strangely, see here: http://whip.org.uk/index.php/advertise-with-us/
What is causing this? It happens every time!

It seems to be so strange, sorry! Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Make sure that your theme has been fully installed via FTP way, all the caches have been cleared, purge CDN files and check the results.

I’m so much worried about http://www.overallexams.com/. It is not appearing as it should. Sometimes it appears normally and sometimes it appears so ugly. I was using cloudflare but now I’ve switched to default domain nameservers but problem is still there. I’ve cleared the cache with super cache plugin and disabled all plugins but still, the problem is not going to solve. So headache from last two weeks. I thought I can solve the problem but I’d tried so many times and didn’t succeed.
Please suggest me the way to get rid off this.

It seems that -suddenly- all theme settings have been reset. Once I have reestablished them, the following problem comes up: on the mobile version, the icons of the menu do not appear, even putting them in another color.
Something strange happens:
If I save first the mobile menu settings, the icons appears but no the mobile logo. But I if first save the logo settings, the logo appears but no the icons.
I just checked and the same thing is happening with tags.
It’s as if orderby is specifically told top pull oldest articles first and place newest at bottom of page for some reason.

Hi, We really need some sort of pagination , and our entire site consists of blocks, im not sure how we can remove them? Our developer saw the following issue with the theme.. can you see below:
We’ve been looking into the theme issue and there definitely appears to be some strange things happening. The fact that your theme is calling a remote location is definitely a concern. We dug into the code and found that a lot of it is obfuscated, or encrypted. Meaning we can’t even see what the code is actually doing. You can see the attached screenshot. It’s all just gibberish.
Did you hear back from the theme author yet? If you need some additional suggestions for which questions to ask, I can definitely help with that. Generally speaking though, there’s no reason for a theme to be making remote calls. The URL where the remote calls are being made appear to be going to https://www.optimum.net/, which is some kind of internet service provider. Definitely not the kind of thing a theme should be doing.

This is a strange issue. There should be no tie between the article edit and the post views.
I have tested this on my end but I could not decrease the post view no matter the user role I used to edit the post. It only went up as i viewed the post with different user roles.

What’s so strange is the web site is working fine now (even-though I didn’t make any changes.). https://www.modernarchitecturaljournal.com I don’t know what to think for a good 15 hours the home page could not scroll and now it’s working without any understanding.
