As I am changing items on the page and saving the system does not save it correctly. Block titles and content either gets corrupted or goes back to a default state. Blocks are changing position… Very strange!

I’ve had the same issue intermittently – strangely if I use a screenshot from the video (or any image) as a normal featured image on the post – it still shows a ‘play’ icon showing the reader it’s a video post

I discovered where was the issue: the desktop ad size into theme panel. So, I’d should set it there and the ad showed up.
However, this is strange because my ad is resposible by Adsense. I expected the theme could adjust it automatically.

It’s strange what you mean. Most likely, this errors is only by your side, sorry! Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hey there! I’m not sure what happened but the Post Views isn’t showing the actual views anymore…
It did before though…
For example, one post it’s now showing 22 views, but in fact according to google analytics I have 278 views, and around the same amount at Facebook, because I’m running traffic to that post…
The only change I made yesterday was the server’s time zone, which I requested the hosting company to do it for me, they did modify the php.ini including my time zone instead of the server’s time zone set to US EST time…

It could that have affected the page views feature somehow?.
Could you give me any suggestion for me to look into and solve this?, it’s very important for my business to have the page views running in order…

Ok the header ad is solved and really is a shame only one code can be used. I don’t have a way of adding anything else unless I use a plugin which will slow the site down.
Ads really are strange on this theme and now I’ve noticed that Adsense matched content works fine when adding the code through composer or somewhere on a page manually but if I add the code through the Newspaper theme settings on footer or in Bottom post ad spot it doesn’t display correctly. Something is wrong with this as seen in the photo below where in footer it doesn’t display correctly but in composer and manual input is fine.

You seem to have installed theme version 8 from what I can see at the moment. I have browsed the website for a while, no strange redirects happened while doing it. It could have been a plugin, or custom code, or theme modification. A fresh install and deactivating all plugins except what is included in the theme package, should resolve the issue. Or installing a safe backup.
Whatever that might have been, it seems it is gone now.

Try regenerating the thumbnails and the issue should be solved. Also make sure the thumbnails sizes are enabled in the theme panel

1- Yes, I’m quite familiar with the custom code section. But as I mentioned above, it doesn’t help one in coding.
‘and mind you, using the following simple code does nothing in the style.css file when I edit it and upload it. YET, it’ll work fine either in your custom code section OR if I edit the style.css through the Appearance Editor. Strange!

It seems to be a strange error, sorry! Please try to download again the theme packet from Theme Forest, remove the old theme after you have made a full backup to your database and then install it again via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard and check the results. It could be possible to be some corrupt files when you have downloaded the theme and that’s why you got this message.

It is strange what you mean above because I have tested on my side this case, logged in as an author and the page cannot be edited, sorry! This problem comes only from your install. Please check your list with the used plugins to be compatible and tested with the theme because otherwise, all of these might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues/problems like this.

Something very strange has happened to me. In the last days, all the VC modules of the theme have disappeared disappeared.

This is a strange issue indeed. We never heard of such issues before. Please make sure you update your theme properly using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and try to update without any plugins as your plugins could impact the process.
