2- I’ve already tried to deactivated all plugins except tagdiv ones.

All System status entries show green (except caching plugin but i’m not running one, so that is fine)

1. WP Memory is set @ 256. I checked it myself in my Hosting account @ GoDaddy. Agent does not know why it is not showing in System Status.
2. Asked GoDaddy some if some firewall or security module was is blocking the admin ajax. They could not detect any!
3. I do not have plugin Wordfence installed.
4. I do not know what U talking about> ” Now the colors set from theme panel are or block because the admin ajax is not apply or are overwrite by the class set on body -> https://i.imgur.com/L3kMLpZ.png remove the class and the settings color from theme panel should work”.

Hello, I installed empty wordpress (in Docker) and installed the newspaper theme that I bought.
But I can not see “Theme Activate” tab.
In “Updated” tab there is “Activate theme” button , and in “System status” tab there is “Activate now” button.
But when I clicked the activate button, I see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message (URL path: admin.php?page=td_cake_panel&_wpnonce=75ddf6e83c).
So I can not activate my theme, how can I solve this ?

I have problem to register the theme. I haven’t the button “ACTIVATE THE THEME” in the features of it. In System Status, to the Registration Key, tells me “Your theme is not registered – ACTIVE NOW”. I click the button “ACTIVE NOW” but tells me that I haven’t permission to log in this page.
So I can’t find a space to register the theme.

Hi, just purchased the theme, added the purchase code and Activate button just spins around.
System status shows that nothing is missing and everything is in the green.
Tried with 3 different purchase codes that I own, no reaction once I click Activate.
Any idea?

Great theme!
I’ve made all the custimazions and getting to know how it works.
I only have a major problem: the site crashes very often, mostly in the backend, whatever I’m doing.
It slowly tries to load pages but it ends showing a “Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.” page.
I already went through this: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-admin-ajax-file and other (very helpful!) guides Calin suggested on the forum.
On the Newspaper’s system status tab, all the lights are green.
I installed Smush and Hummingbird, dramatically improving the site’s performance but the “service unavailable” problems continue to show very often.
I already went through this with the hosting provider. They’re not very firendly and they usually respond “if there’s a problem, it’s your fault. And if it’s our fault, buy an upgrade plan”
The problem I see on the cPanel is on the CPU usage and the Physical Memory Usage, always at peak level. When they reach 100% (and it happens as soon as I click on a tab in the backend) the server gets stuck.
Can you help me with this? There’s surely some variable in Newspaper that overload the system, but I also feel that the server’s performance is too poor. What can I do?

Sorry the problem is solved. I didn’t know how to delete the post.
However, the real problem is still not solved.
I can not edit anything via TD composer.
The system status is all green after I followed your requirements.

FYI: Cloud says Invalid reply from server endpoint.
I downloaded the theme and tried to use however, I could not use the tag Div. Even if I try to add elements, it’s loading and never completed. I checked the Newspaper system status and I believe I need to update WP memory limit.
It says:
40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough.
Could you tell me how to update WP memory limit? Is WordPress and the URL is finishing with .com but not with .com/wordpress
Your help is much appreciated!
