yeah, I am experimentig with this template and woocommerce, it isnt going to work. The stlying and presentation options for the woo-stuff just isnt there and too time consuming to add and maintain.
I want the benefit of having the TD composer and a woocart.
for basic things it might work out, but this client has at least 100 items all with advanced variations.
oh well, I’ll keep looking for something. Maybe a woocommerce VC template or something.
Thanks for the reply.
Hi,
If the page was built with the tagDiv composer there would be no problem in that regard.
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Additionally try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect.
Let us know the results after trying these suggestions.
Thanks
I got that email subscription form to work on homepage using TD Composer.
How would I show it on sidebar for the whole site.
And I would like to see that email subscription form as pop-up just like other email forms after few seconds of page load?
REPLY
Thanks Catalin,
This plugin is a special dev indeed. However I have tested with another plugin (GravityForm), the shortcodes won’t work in TD composer.
Any tip ?
Hello Berbi,
Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option for chatbot, sorry! most likely, you are using a plugin with this functionality in our theme and which seems does not work with our product, sorry! It’s an untested plugin and we cannot provide support for this. Try to find another plugin in this case because the Text with Title or RAW HRML element from TD Composer should render the shortcode if the plugin is compatible and it the shortcode works as expected.
Thanks for your understanding!
When I click “Edit with TD Composer” at the top of my front-end home page, a new tab opens and just stays white with a circle spinning. How do I get my TD Composer to work?
Thanks!
I managed to activate the plugins but one is giving me an error but td-multi purpose, it gives me the following fatal error…
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose() (previously declared in /home1/tiodesi1/public_html/ecv/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in /home1/tiodesi1/public_html/ecv/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
the plugin is in the correct place and the theme was replaced completely instead of patching it, what is happening?
After checking tthe code to find what is different between 2.1 and 2.1.2, the only difference is the version numbers, WHAT?! what changed?

I have three licenses for newspaper, in one is working fine, but, in the other installation after the update tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter, tagDiv AMP, and tagDiv Newsletter are disabled, but when i try to activate them back there is a brief warning about the activation and it disappears, i tried to reactivate them after disabling all other plugins but it gives me the same error. in the front page shows the following errors:

Hello,
On this page https://staging.emprunter-malin.com/calculez/ I have added the shortcode [add_Hypo], which is supposed to display a chatbot.
This is a TD composer page, so I have added a raw html in which I have placed the shortcode as you can see here : http://www.screencast.com/t/di7kIXIxkNa.
On html side, the shortcode appears like this: http://www.screencast.com/t/rFjqQpHqp4k.
However the chatbot doesn’t display, although it displays on non-TD composer pages.
Any tip to make a shortcode working with TD composer ?
Thanks.
After the update, I had to delete, re-upload and activate all the plugins. Everything went smooth except for the tagDiv Multipurpose plugin. I wasn´t able to activate it, instead I´m getting the message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose() (previously declared in /home4/wagovq0aea4k/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in /home4/wagovq0aea4k/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
As far as I´m concerned this is the correct way of updating the plugins, please correct me if I´m wrong.
I get the exact same message. This happened just after the update earlier today.
have you figured it out yet? I have tried uninstalling the plugin and the uploading it again, but when I try to activate it this message shows up:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose() (previously declared in /home4/wagovq0aea4k/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in /home4/wagovq0aea4k/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
I got it working. My sandbox was the issue and somehow disabled the td composer plugin.
I’m having the same issue. I deleted the old td_composer and replaced with new as well as deleted the old multi-purpose plugin because it is incorpoated… ugh! I didn’t update the last 3 updates because everytime it is a huge hassle. I got rid of a bunch of plugins to avoid conflicts. This time I put my live site in a staging area so not totally urgent — but just more wasted time.
After updating theme. Uninstall old td composer plugin. And install updated td composer plugin. This will solve the issue.
After doing the theme update, I have received this error any time I try to open a page with TD-Composer for the second time. It made a mess of my homepage and adjusted the entire layout, no longer with any multiple columns or sidebars.
Now I can’t access my homepage in the TD-Composer without it getting stuck and giving me the error. I can build a page from scratch without a problem. But if I save it, and try to re-enter to make changes, I receive the same error. “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”
Even when I was trying to create a new homepage (without ever leaving TD-Composer), I could save and view the preview, but the preview acted like there were no columns or any content on the right side. I closed the composer and tried to relaunch it. While the WP preview shows the columns and all correctly, I can no longer edit the page as I get the previously mentioned error.

cwamerica. Reason: Adding additional detail
I just tried to delete the composer and reinstall it from the version in the recent theme update. I didn’t update anything other than the composer and it crashed my site again with this code:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method td_config_helper::get_map_block_shadow_array() in /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_map.php:662 Stack trace: #0 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php(32): require_once() #1 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php(35): require_once(‘/home/childs18/…’) #2 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): tdc_plugin_init(”) #3 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #4 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php(207): do_action(‘td_wp_booster_l…’) #6 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php(23): require_once(‘/home/childs18/…’) #7 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-settings.php in /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_map.php on line 662
Hey,
After installing the 8.7.5 update and upgrading to WP version 4.9.6, the Multi-purpose plugin was switched off, and when I try to switch it back on, I get a fatal error with the following text:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose() (previously declared in /var/userdata/web/elsoleutes.hu/website/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in /var/userdata/web/elsoleutes.hu/website/www/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
I have tried to update both Multi-purpose and Composer plugins manually, but it did not help.
What could have gone wrong here?
Simion,
All of the errors are listed previously. The plug-in that the host says crashes my site (both times) is ““[William Wa.] Ok it looks like the issue was coming from the plugin: td-composer”.” They deactivate the td-composer plug-in and it at least gets me back in to the wordpress dashboard so that I can do a restore of my site. Until I restore, my site has a bunch of random coding spots.
From what I understand, if I update the theme using FTP that is supposed to automatically updated/install the correct plug-ins related. I have never had to update them separately in the past, nor does my plug-in section say there are any updates for plug-ins.
This is becoming a growing problem, as now when I try to use the composer, it glitches and isn’t responding correctly. So I am now unable to make changes.
Hello tabesuki,
I have inspected your website and I have noticed that it could be a temporary problem with your opacity for the others images. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer or TD Composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/A673riru you can see some errors in your console. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
We recommend using our TD COmposer because all of the major improvements in the future will be made on this plugin.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello darkeye,
I suggest you to enabled the TD Composer and try to recreate the homepage layout with other shortcodes of elements, clear all the caches and check the results. Please use the following tutorial in order to achieve well results. https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Thanks for your understanding!
I got that on homepage using TD Composer. How would show it on sidebar for the whole site and as that of pop-up after few seconds of page load?
[William Wa.] Well here is the error that I was getting when trying to use the WordPress CLI tools:

Our web host has verified that this issue is the same as the previous issue I had with the last update. “[William Wa.] Ok it looks like the issue was coming from the plugin: td-composer”.
I just completed the newest update to the newspaper theme 8.7. Both this update the one previously have crashed my site to the point that I can’t even access the wordpress dashboard. I have had to contact our web host provider to troubleshoot and deactivate enough stuff that I can get in and do a restore.
I have done at least 4 update previously using the Filezilla method and never had a problem.
Is anyone else having this problem? Why are these updates crashing my site, if I can get it back online, I will not we 2 updates behind but I refuse to try updating again if it will just keep crashing my site.
My web host provider has said that it has something to do with one of the Tag plug-ins crashing.
Here is there error I currently see when I try to load my homepage.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method td_config_helper::get_map_block_shadow_array() in /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_map.php:662 Stack trace: #0 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php(32): require_once() #1 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php(35): require_once(‘/home/childs18/…’) #2 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): tdc_plugin_init(”) #3 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #4 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php(207): do_action(‘td_wp_booster_l…’) #6 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php(23): require_once(‘/home/childs18/…’) #7 /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-settings.php in /home/childs18/childsworld.news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_map.php on line 662
The TD Composer button has come up again, but it’s not responding to changes e.g. i can’t change the header settings custom title.
This theme has really stressed me for weeks now, i wish i could change it.
