a) check your system status
b) you can’t edit a page built with ‘VC’ with ‘TDcomposer’ – you need to make new one
c) clear all caching
d) check for problems with plugins, like Yoast SEO has had bugs — two updates this month(!); try disabling plugins to see which might be causing issue
e) WordPress security update this week; always good to clear transients with WP-Optimize after update AND resave permalinks to clear all micro-caching
f) is using any ‘auto optimization’ plugins, these can break things — disable, or selectively disable minification options
Also note if something “suddenly stops working” it’s because “something” changed on your website. You need to stay on top of what you’re doing — e.g., if you have auto-updates for WP turned on, what got updated? Why? What changed? Did you keep copies of earlier version to roll back if plugin update actually has bug in it trying to fix prior bugs? (ahem, Yoast!).

I’m having trouble editing the homepage on my site. When clicking on ‘edit with TD Composer’ I have usually had no problems at all and was able to do what I needed. However, for some reason today (after having already used TD Composer) it will not load and I have no idea why. Please help.

Maybe after wordpress auto update to 4.8.2, all pages that have built with TD is blank.
If edit with TD get this error:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
The only plugins I have enabled is tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter, nothing else?
This is unacceptable to happen on a news website.
Whats going wrong?

Like a lot of people, I am having this error when trying to edit a page with TagDiv Composer.
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
I only have TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Social Counter plugins enabled on a test site.
I am also getting the same error on a site that I tried to go live.
Both are running 4.8.2
I have used Visual Composer on other sites but don’t even have it installed on these two sites.
It appears that the issue is with raw HTML inserted in the page. If I delete the code for the raw HTML in the page edit of WordPress, the page will load in composer. But it says that it was not created in composer and it will not save any changes.

Hello! I can edit with TD Composer. I only have 4 plugins: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter, Contact Form 7 and WordPress Content Filter.

Please make sure that your theme has been right installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, notice that is not recommended to use the both page builder simultaneously (Td Composer with Visual Composer). I remember that the security settings on my hosting. I did not give access to php files directly in the wp-content folder.

After updating to Newspaper 8, I am trying to recreate my homepage with Tagdiv composer following your transition guide. However I cannot load it, it just got stuck at the loading screen. I tried to deactivate and delete the plugin, installed it again but it still cannot load. My homepage is looking a bit weird now after updating the theme, so i would like to build the page again asap. How can i solve the issue?

Has anybody still running 3.1 due to major customizations, done the minor fixes for PHP7 compatibility shown in the ‘compatibility checker plugn’ ?
we’re not yet ready to migrate to NM4 since our versions of 3.1 are rock solid and using the last github TDcomposer version.

Yep right, but I do not understand why that was work fine with visual composer and not good with TD Composer, so my only solutions are : stop using TD composer and go again with VC ? or desactivate this theme mobile ? (but i like it !)

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme, right? Please notice that plugin is such different than the general responsive mobile. So, if you are using the Mobile Theme plugin, notice that all the pages which use a Visual Composer/ TD Composer shortcodes will not be recognized for this and that’s why you bring these shortcodes for your mobile view mode. I have an trouble with my mobile theme since I rebuild my homepage with tagdive composer. I can read on this forum :Mobile theme do not show any shortcode etc and i am ok with that. But i have an trouble because when i go on my website with my phone I can see the code of td block 4, the plugin of my social media do not appear etc. I don’t know why because before I rebuilded my website the theme mobile was good. Can you tell me how I can do ?
