Hi,
Instead of paying money to a developer to modify the theme files and having to re-add the modifications on updates (custom modifications are not update proof even if a child theme is used) why not select another block for your content that uses a different thumbnail like for example: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-6/
Please try to select different blocks from the menu to see how they display images. There are 21 blocks to chose from and each have different image sizes.

I have the same issue, I think. My site savjetologija.com is not showing pictures anywhere on the site, I noticed that happend after last wp update, but than I upload backup from before update and still not showing pictures. I even scanned it for malware and its clean.

I’ve checked your site and noticed that your using an older version of the theme and also Visual Composer it’s outdated.
After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at V 2.3.6, and Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.

I updated the theme to the latest version w/ Visual Composer 4.11.2. Previously the Composer did not appear on the Page editor, and now it doesn’t appear there either. There are no already-set ‘elements’ visible (like blocks and widgets).
And I have latest version of WordPress 4.5.1 as well.

I have updated the js composer as explained on Emil’s topic, alas it doesn’t open.
Go to http://www.emprunter-malin.com/acheter-ou-louer/, scroll down untill you see “Acheter ou louer a Paris ?”, this is the forst section, I set it to be automatically open.
Then scroll down until you see “Acheter ou louer a Marseilles ?”, then click, you will see that it doesn’t open.
Where would the trouble come from ?

Okay, I am assuming that the “update script” will also help with importing some settings, etc.

I can see the list of features for Newspaper 6 but not clear which are new or improved? We are going to need to convince client that the new functionality and updates are worth the extra work.

I bought your theme yesterday (V 6.7.2) and uploaded the file js_composer.zip (as you explained here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/), but on the last step I didn’t click on “activate plugin”. Now when I go to plugins installed what I see is the WPBakery Visual Composer (which is paid) and can’t upload the js_composer.zip file again, because it says the folder already exists.
I really need your help, because I’m supposed to have this website online on Sunday.

I’ve gone through every one of my plugins to check if it was causing the problem before I reset all the options in the theme, and you would never guess which is the offending plugin? TagDiv Speed Booster! I am using a managed wordpress host and obviously the two don’t play nicely. I have removed this plugin and the website now loads faster and has no blue bar. I installed it after the last theme update about 3 weeks ago.

The update to WP 4.5 has been a bit of a pain. Visual composer stopped working and today i found out i can no longer update any of the theme options.
I updated to the latest version of the them and updated Visual Copmoser and this is working again, but i cant get the settings page to work.
I am on the main theme panel “wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel” and i just want to change some settings. The loading icon pops up when i click save, but nothing happens. I checked the PHP log and there were no errors. I checked the console for the page and found the following error
wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=6.7.2 403 (Forbidden)
Nothing has changed on my server other than upgrading to WP 4.5 (it then auto updated to 4.5.1 which fixed some other issues i had). Any idea whats causing this?

I just realize, its just slow respond of the browser. Maybe just you said, there is a cache which store the previous script. Changing the script at the theme panel, need a time to effect for some browser, especially for the mobile device.
