We haven’t installed any new plugins or updated any but when the mobile theme is enabled it shows a critical error. For the time being I’ve had to deactivate it so our site works on mobile.

Whenever I try to insert a custom html block in my post it won’t save. I’ve tried on multiple posts and different codes and it won’t save. It will show a preview in editor, but when I try to save or update it says “The response is not a valid JSON response.” It’s crucial that I be able to use HTML as I need to display Google adsense ads and affiliate ads. You need to disable the mobile theme and amp to have mobile responsive version.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Hello, the new WordPress 6.4 update it’s creating a conflict with the TagDIV plugins, the only solution I found was downgrading the WordPress version, but I can’t be like that for security reasons. So how can I solve this problem?
Hello I got the same problem, I found that the tagDiv Cloud Library and
tagDiv Composer are creating some conflicts. What I did, was remove the new WordPress version and install the previous. That solved by the moment the situation and don’t forget to disable the automatic updates.
We updated to the new recent version of WordPress 6.4 and now we are not able to edit pages or posts. We just get a blank white screen! This issue must be resolved ASAP!
Is this plugin called AMP compatible with a Newspaper theme? I am currently updated to 12.6.1. Otherwise, if TagDiv doesn’t recommend this plugin, do you have settings for AMP in the theme panel somewhere?

On the theme panel, all our admins are having the same experience that when we try to save changes to our social media URL links (under the SOCIAL/APIS section of the Theme Panel), after clicking Save Settings it just loads indefinitely and fails to publish the changes. Any ideas why?

hi! i have these error. i did the last update to theme 12.6.1, but it still remained!
Using default Pro theme which I updated (Newspaper 12.6.1) after that this problem occurred.
Right,
But most of the technical solutions suggested in this update need to be implemented in the code. Simply putting a video on top is not the solution.
The video needs to be smaller when it first loads and it’s wider in the Newspaper theme which is the real problem here (see my above posts).

I’ve already checked, and it is not working. Do you have the latest update to the theme and plugins? I’ve tested it on my end with the latest update of the theme, and it works perfectly.
