Thanks for the additional ideas, we will check on the update status of the plugins and then start testing if that doesn’t reveal an obvious plugin or two.
Did you update your base memory allocation for WP in wp-functions.php — ? this can help quite a bit. Add config line to make it 96MB or more to increase from WP’s default 40MB.
See my sticky post on optimization if you don’t know how to do that or read the WP official docs/codex on editing wp-config.php file.
Might not be issue; but great place to start!
Likely best to simply deactivate plugins except for VC, then check for errors in log as you turn each plugin back on.
You could also use a text application to scan your plugin folder on local PC/Mac to find that function in the text of the offending plugin.
Another way to debug — look for any plugin not updated in 2015, or since WP 4.2 came out.
Basically the visual composer doesn’t work. Whenever i add elements using the visual composer and click Update, the whole thing goes missing and the fatal error occurs.

I am having the same problem and I am using the child theme. I am using 6.2 (latest release) and all plugins are updated and being used. Tested turning off all plugins as well. It works great in the main newspaper theme when I change it to that theme, but it breaks when I activate the child theme. I think there is an issue with the child theme. I have tested different grids in the lower main content areas and they appear to work. It is that first grid at the top of the page.

@Bryson T the problem is the titles is not formating correctly they should be a space between the title and your site name,V6.2 making it look like this e.g After Party Riddim – ChimneyJah Live Radio the correct way should be (e.g After Party Riddim – Chimney | Jah Live Radio)to see what i mean look in your browser bar on the tab of your site and you will see the title is not format for SEO if you update to v6.2..

before the update my web site title was “Sanal Şantiye – İnşaat Sektörünün Bilgi Kaynağı” but after update my website title changed to “AnasayfaSanal Şantiye – İnşaat Sektörünün Bilgi Kaynağı”

We have implemented for like button a plugin from facebook and it should work properly, to have the same number of likes also on facebook. Please wait a while maybe there is a Facebook error and it takes some time to update like’s number. This also is on our list and we will also check it and investigate this issue.

Just updated to the 6.2 version from 6.1 and now at every page the theme first loads the theme defaults when it comes to colors and fonts, these stay loaded for about a secound or two and them my own changes to colors and fonts is applied.
This makes the whole page “jump” and change fonts and colors from the default ones to my custom ones. No custom CSS changes made for fonts or colors other than links. Used the built in accent color.
Please refer to my page so see the issue (also try one of the articles to see the fonts change). This was NOT an issue with the 6.1 version, so something must have changed to cause this. Looks extremely tacky :-/

Do you use the latest version of the theme 6.1? Also please make sure that the plugins that come with the theme files are also updated(speed booster if you use it). If you use child theme please check this also with the main theme.

Thanks so much! It worked for some, http://imgur.com/rbOlRIM. It doesn’t work for Blocks like Block 15 and (the sidebar widget of) Block 17 – the ones with small thumbnails. Sorry, we really need to show the author name on every post on the front page since we’ll be having different writers.
Maybe on future updates, you could add options which to show on the blocks like: categories, author, dates, excerpt, excerpt length, etc 🙂 Keep up the awesome work 🙂

If you update from version 4 of the theme you also have to run the script, it will import old settings from database and it will change the shortcodes(it is specified in the docs) – http://screencast.com/t/eZxxuqvsTir Unfortunately you will have to re-add widgets on your sidebars, some of them may not be imported or don’t exist anymore.

Unfortunately you will need custom work for each of your issues as it is not so easy to achieve that and the theme doesn’t have any of these options. We cannot provide any type of custom work at this time as we work hard on development, updates and support. I suggest to hire a professional to do this for you if you don’t know how to do it.

I’ve checked your site and found that one required theme class isn’t present to VC plugin row containers.
Try to re-install the theme and to do it connect via FTP remove theme’s folder then upload the theme’s files (don’t overwrite it). Use this guide – FTP method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and also make sure you do a backup of your current installation in case something goes wrong.
