We’ve introduced only a demo in the new update, and nothing else was changed.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

It is possible to be a conflict there. Make sure you have the theme and plugins up to date because I’ve tested it on the latest version and it’s working well with the cache on/off.

You should have posts and have a mega menu enabled in the Appearance -> Menus. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
When you enable autoplay option, the video starts without sound. The loop option I’ve tested on my end and the video restarts automatically.

I apologize for the confusion, I don’t know how the initial site should look, and the homepage looks pretty decent, even the logo element.
What please check is to make sure that all cloud templates are assigned as global as they were before the update – https://i.imgur.com/jKlgMuj.png
Also, make sure that all theme plugins that were installed before the theme update are still enabled (you can check/install theme from Newspaper > plugin).
If you want to restore a backup and you want we can make the update for you to be sure that everything will be ok.

Unfortunately, the images are not accessible – https://i.imgur.com/S0EIaMT.png therefore we are not completely sure will refer to the same elements.
From what I see you are using only standard templates and those are not well optimized like the cloud template when it’s come to Core Web Vitals. Also, the theme version you have right now do not have any kind of optimizations for the Core Web Vitals (If I’m right you have a theme version from 2019, v10), what I recommend is to make a full backup for the website and update the theme to the last version, this should resolve some problems like alt on elements, explicit names, adding width/height on logo an other images.

This is the new update this issue has still not been fixed

the issue is still there after you update your theme 4 or 3 days later the issue comes back again
Sort order: 24 hours, 48 hours happens first then the others continue

So now whenever I click on the upper-left-corner +sign for the “Toggle Block Inserter,” my “Edit Post” page crashes, and I get the following error message:

We updated our website to the latest version of the newspaper. Before the update, the website was working well, all the posts were loaded, and the pages were all great. now none of the content loads, we have random code on the page and none of the page formatting is there now.
Our website is now in maintenance mode. Is there a fix for this? Or is someone able to check our site for us?
Not sure what happened but once I updated my website to the new version 12.5.1… none of my website “pages” actually show any content. They are all blank.

I think you have already adjusted something.
In my first update, not all tagDiv plugins were installed.
Now just tried again, and now I see that more plugins are installed, so now I have a good working websiten again.

I have done all these steps many times but on the PHP Version part, I have to contact my host for that cos I’m using WordPress Hosting not Normal web hosting… I will drop update if I’m done with it.

12.5.1 was only a demo.
12.5 had a tone of updates.
12.5 version was released way after this thread was created.
Either way, it is up to you to fix it in your theme or not.
