I only have the options for PHP versions 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3 using the instructions provided. Updated to 8.3 from 8.2 and issue still persists.

I’m encountering an issue with TagDiv Composer displaying all the settings incorrectly and messed up.
Regardless of the row, column, or element I select, the options panel appears like this:

I was working on a page and everything was fine, the Composer was displaying as it should. I previewed the page, then when I went back to edit mode, TagDiv Composer suddenly broke.
I should mention that there were no updates or technical changes made in the WP Admin Dashboard, just design changes to a page.
Any input regarding this issue would be very helpful!

I’m working on a news website using the Newspaper theme (tagDiv). My goal is to create a homepage layout that behaves like this:
At the top, I want a large featured news area (could be a slider or big grid).
Right below it, I want several small news items displayed as boxes or thumbnails.
When a visitor clicks on any of those small boxes, the big area above should update and display the content (image + title) of the clicked item — similar to an interactive slider or a tabbed news showcase.
I tried using some modules, but I couldn’t achieve this interaction. Could you please tell me:
Which Cloud Template or module combination would allow this?
Or do I need to use custom JavaScript / tagDiv Composer tricks?

Ok, so you have a very old theme version, you need to update the theme manually using cPanel/FTP. You need to download the theme pancake from the themeforest account.

We’re migrating servers and we’ve just migrated everything to our staging/temp domain but main homepage images have been set to ‘blank’. Also article images have been set to blank. Strangely, the article title is also ‘Sample Page Title’ and we’re not quite sure why?

Since a few days, the Recent comments components i was using in TagDiv Composer doesn’t work anymore.
It is still normally displayed in the Composer (for settings and so on), but no comments are displayed (in the composer as well as with the published footer).
Before it was working flawlessly. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ?
I suppose it can be related to some updates in WordPress.

No social links set for any of our authors (this is happening regardless of which user wrote the post) I just applied the update to 12.7.1 – I will see if that clears the issue. If not I’ll send you login information via email.

I assume you mean a 3rd party since i see no tagDiv cache settings?
I went to WP Supercache, set all recommended settings, clicked Update Status, clicked Delete Cached Pages. Same result.

It seems that after the last updates to the theme, the Column text and title element was added and most likely it was done when the “display restrictions” section was added. This can be used with the opt-n builder plugin to set restrictions (for example, you have text that you want to be visible only to users who have purchased a certain plan), or you can use the option to hide the column text if the user is not logged in. This options are available only on column text.

Sorry but none of that made any sense to me. I disabled the cache plugin and the mobile plugins, and it’s still showing a mobile version on desktop.
Weirdly it started showing the desktop version on mobile this morning, but then switched back to mobile again.
There is clearly an issue with your theme. Sure while I am logged in as an admin it shows the website correctly on desktop but for anyone not logged in it shows the mobile version.
Yes this is with the most update version of your theme
Update – I even went as far as to reset the CSS for the author box and replaced the author box with the default author box and the error continues.

We tried again to update the theme. Same issue appeard.
We tried disbling all other plugins besides yours. Didnt work.
Now disabled all, and it worked.

You are using an olde theme version from 2017 – https://i.imgur.com/KkbseXZ.png and most possible the website version you have as been infected with external ads. The theme should be keep update as you update the WordPress.
Now you’ll need a full backup and you need to update the theme to last version, after that us Wordfence to scan the website files – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Checking the error message is like you try to use the theme with theme plugins that has different versions that are not compatible with the theme. Here is what I recommend.
Connect to your themeforest account and get the theme from there, then use a cPanel or FTP to replace the current theme (doing this you’ll have the latest theme version and it will be clean without any modifications), after that try to login via wp-admin and if is working, then go to Newspaper > plugins and install/update the theme plugins from there.

Unfortunately the link provided is not working, that is only for logged users.
Also, I checked the website https://www.thelaurelct.com/ and this is using a theme version from 2016, so most probably there are elements that no longer work as it should and the theme has many vulnerabilities, I will recommend a full backup and a complete update to last version.
