And also there is some option in the rss description how to cut it after sentence finished and not words or letters. Because the sentence will be always unfinished…

There is plenty of this theme scattered on the internet for free and they provide updates.

If the steps from the other topic do not helped you to fix the problem with 522 errors and you are sure that this is do to the theme update, the only thing that you can do is to make a full backup and install the previews version of theme -> https://i.imgur.com/cErIHmg.png
Our theme is working to release an update that will fix the problems that were reported and we discover after the theme update, but I can not say when this will be made.

If the theme panel are still not the same, you can use a backup for theme panel settings, you need to go in Newspaper > Theme Panel > Import/Export -> https://i.imgur.com/3lLrMZK.png

Hello-
I just updated to Newspaper X this morning, and since then I’ve been having problems with embedded videos that use a (custom) javascript to skip to cue points in the video. Instead of capturing the “onYouTubeIframeAPIReady” event, it conks out and is unable to talk to the video player iframe. I have the jsapi enabled and, frankly, had this working fine in Newspaper 9. Is there something I can do to enable iframe interaction?

I enabled a Youtube Data API key, but I don’t think this has anything to do with that. One clue is that after going to Newspaper X, the embed I had (with url watch/etc) stopped working because of cross domain iframe settings from Youtube that weren’t a problem in the older newspaper theme. I suspect you’ve changed the YT api version or something. But I searched around and it seems that the YT IFrame API is still supported by Youtube.

However, I still can’t access the Cloud Library and get the error message “Empty response received from server.”

So the problem is with Cloud Library, I get the error message “Invalid reply from server endpoint” or you have some problems with tagDiv Composer too ?
As for “Invalid reply from server endpoint” if the theme requirements are set as in our guide and the problem persists, you can send us an email and we can take a look to this problem ( contact@tagdiv.com provide admin login, cPanel link and credentials. Include a link to this topic in the email.)
You can try a quick fix, try to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and check if tagDiv Composer is working again or not.
Another alternative is to add a fix in theme files, for this you need to go on wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/js/tagdiv-theme-plugins-setup.js and replace the jQuery(window).load(function () { from line 234 -> https://i.imgur.com/agaEJWA.png with jQuery(window).on(“load”, function () { -> https://i.imgur.com/zBFX5Ye.png also you need to do the same on this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/assets/js/js_files_for_wp_admin.min.js but since this file is minify you can replace the code inside it with this one ->https://pastebin.com/YTiYVfU4

There seriously needs to be an immediate UPDATE and FIX to this theme. Since the update, work arounds, plugin updates and fixes on these boards, I am still getting Error 552 and connection timeouts thus making my website useless as people try and visit it. Everything was working fine before the theme updates.
The site is also experiencing slow load time which was never an issue before the theme update. Everything wrong is in the theme, not the server or other issues. PLEASE FIX or acknowledge and update is coming with the fix.

What I suggested above was just a quick fix to can use the Single Post Template 20 with infinite loading, because when you are using this option (infinite loading), because of the settings that are made the height is calculate wrong.

That do not have anything to do with what you reported above, many users that are using lots of plugins reported this problem, but most of theme had a plugin conflict with some untested plugins too, when they tested the theme only with theme plugins then the theme was working normal.
Also the “issue” that you say above is just an warning and these are not harming the code, are use to inform about the problems that can appear and improves that can be made.

These settings will fix the warnings, but will not make the theme faster or prevent it from 503 errors, these are made other things.
Also this fix is add in the next theme update.

Hi, I would like to know the megamenu bug though tablet (ipad pro12inch; iOS is the newest). Eventhough original template like Lifestyle pro, the megamenu sometimes appear not center but slide right position when I click it. You will know click megamenu category Alternately. Is this a bug ? And are you going to fix next update? Thanks!
Just what the title says. I’ve been trying to update the TagDiv plugins, but it says failed every time. I’ve tried manually updating everything as well. Any ideas?

I’ve updated to the latest version, along with WordPress 5.5. All my plugins are up-to-date but since the theme update, I keep getting the following error:

Connection timed out
My server company says its the theme and I had to update Slider… which I did. Didn’t solve the issue. Now the site crawls really bad and timesout and gets the Error 522. Also, clicking within the theme panel I also sometimes get this error. Again, there is an issue with the theme, not on the server end.
I can’t keep working like this, the theme was going awesome up until this latest update.

I had to buy access to support again because I can’t fix this issue myself. My TD Composer has stopped working since the last Newspaper update.
I follow all requirements and have tried to:
– Deactivate all plugins except the TagDiv plugins
– Delete and reinstall TagDiv composer
– Clear all cache
– Temporarily disable the Firewall via Cloudflare
Also, when I try to access the Cloud Library, I get the error message “Invalid reply from server endpoint”. This issue was even before the latest theme update and I don’t know how to fix this.
I use the latest version of the Newspaper theme + the latest WordPress version.
