There was an improvement for the xss security, our developers set some more conditions that they think that could be exploit when the new version of WordPress will be available, therefore this “fix” was made before official WordPress update to prevent any possibility of having XSS issues.

My website is https://pinlego.xyz/. When I try to load more posts using the “Load More” button. It just keeps spinning and doesn’t load the rest of the post feed.
Also since the new update the top menu/primary menu on page load jumps from center to the right side of the header.
Please let me know how to fix these issues.

I forgot completely to create the child theme before editing the demo I have used for my site. I have change lots of things in the appearance of home page, header, footer, category pages, tags and them (block, colors and all this u know). I have noticed my fault when I have seen the theme update today.
I remember to make a child theme years ago helping a friend to make his site, but since then I haven´t touch web design so I forgot some things. The only I want know is to create a child theme with all the changes I made and not to lose the appearance when updating. An exact clone of all block, colors….
It is possible doing this with any recomended plugin which exports the css and all this just to show the site like is shown right now?

After the theme update I tried to configure the sticky video feature and the video duration showing at the player, but I couldn’t. I checked at the tag div composer but could not find the tag div element for them.
For my posts, I am using a Single post Cloud Template. How can I configure the template so I can show a featured image or a video player at the post header? Currently, upon your advice, I have configured a “Single Post Featured Image” element.

I have just updated according to latest update. I managed to include an add at the video pop up but the ad title is not showing correctly. I set a different name than default but it is only showing the default “Adverstisement”.

Hi Coinno, unfortunately I do not know if you can refresh the visitors cache from browsers (normal they should use a force refresh), but since the webisode is looking now normal, even in incognito mode, then it should be no problem.
Also for the update is always better to test it on a staging, in this way you can prevent the problems that can appear and only after that make the update on the live website and keep monitoring the website.

Also for the theme updates, please try the following:

2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png

Hi Rhonda, did you try the automatic update ? -> https://tagdiv.com/introduction-to-newspaper-theme-automatic-updates/ if yes, please make sure that you made first a full backup and if you have some cache on server, firewall or security, please stop theme until you make the update. Also note that after the theme is updated, the theme plugins need to be updated “manual” -> https://i.imgur.com/y0dG6o0.png also if this is not working for you, please try the theme update from method B (cPanel/FTP update) from our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

Hi martol, indeed the cloud templates for the Five Newspaper New PRO Demos are not available for the moment in tagDiv Cloud Templates and can be use only if you install the demo. These templates will be add in cloud library soon, there are only few templates that need to be set and will be updated in cloud library.

I got the notification for a theme update. So, I had updated the theme. But after theme update all the images of post and other sidebar post images got hidden. I have tried to restore the backup but no image, no social media icon got disappear. Please can you help me on priority.
saw change log for the latest update 10.3.6 with fix: XSS security issue. Is that mean Newspaper – Version: 10.3.5 have that issue?
I have the Tagdiv Commposer Ajax-Error issue on initial install. All other work normal.
I tried to install manually, made all remocomended changes in the php files as instructed.
Already contacted the Host provider who didn´t find any problem from their side in the firewall settings.
Is there any chance somebody can look into this case?
I run out of idaes, instructions, or ways to make this work.
This happened since the last Theme update btw.
