I have using news mag 4.7 theme at my website.
And i will like to update it to 4.9
I have chose to update my theme via FTP.

Hi,
“Leave the plugin active until all dependencies are removed” is referring to deactivate all non theme and tested plugins until you make the update, after that you can reactivate them.

So in Newspaper theme X you can choose between Pro demos ( made only with cloud ) and standard demos ( make with standard elements from standard pack) also you can combine them.
“removing the dependencies” is referring to start to use only cloud elements ( like PRO demos ) so you’ll need to replace the elements from standard pack with these from cloud.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.

The Newspaper Theme update comes with the latest tested version of each plugin that is included in the bundle. So if you have Newspaper 10.2 you will have the latest tested version of Revolution Slider.

Hi there, I have Newspaper set up on WordPress with all updates applied. Users occasionally encounter the responsive “mobile sized” view of the homepage when viewing it on desktop. This is not related to Mac vs PC or any particular browser. The issue persists if cookies/cache are cleared. Loading a particular blog post seems to always load in the proper view. Is this a known bug and if so, how can it be fixed?
I’m not overly tech savy so I kinda need the step by step instructions to removing the dependencies.

I used the standard white default demo and as I read the article with very little documentation it eludes to the fact I need to rebuild all pages. I don’t see in the cloud library the HOME PAGE Default Pro…only see as a footer.

If your website was created with a previous version of Newspaper Theme, you should update the theme according to the theme documentation. Leave the plugin active until all dependencies are removed. What do I mean? For example, your website uses one of the default headers from the theme panel, and you deactivate the Standard Pack, your header will be displayed as a series of text and symbols on the frontend.

Hi. We just updated the theme version to 10.2 following the instructions in https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and we’re currently using WordPress 5.2.5.
Now every page/category url shows the homepaeg above the actual template

From what I know is very possible to be a problem in the theme with the load more button, this will be fix in the coming update.

It is very important to us to show in frontend that post is updated, and to show time when is updated.

Our developers plan an update in the near future, we don’t have a date exactly but It won’t take long untill the next one. Yes, you can leave it like that. If you want to preview your post before posting you can do that by setting the post on private and post it. After you are happy with it simply change it to public.

Please make sure that you update the them,e as in our guide from here .
Also in Newspaper 10.2 we do not recommend to use visual composer if you are using cloud templates, also make sure that you have install and activate the tagDiv Composer and Standard pack.

I’m having problems when I add a header template from the cloud library. The site crashes until you remove the plugin. My website won’t open until you remove the plugin. This happened after the wordpress update.
Ah, that explains it.
If I understand it correctly, I can just leave it like this and it will get fixed automatically in the next update? Because it isn’t bothering me too much.
Or will it be a long time before there will be an update?
