I have tried re-importing the template several times. But the style is still missing.
Since I installed the theme I noticed that the menu sometimes dissapear. I was hoping it would be fixed in the next version. Also i disabled rocket loader on cloudflare.
Another problem came with the update to the new version today and I cannot preview my articles on pro template, I can only preview if i switch to normal theme template.
I am using newspaper with tech pro templates.

I have issues to update to the latest version of the newspaper theme.
After following the steps described in you support the website is still falling apart.
After enabling the Standard pack plugin and deleting all the cache still not working.
I would appreciate your help in this matter. I would send the login credentials for the website.

I am not able to update the Newspaper X theme I recently purchased. My freelancer has used 9.2 demo version for my website. Is it safe to give purchase code to him and ask him to update ? So that I do not loose the customization of the site ? Will he use my purchase code for other sites ?

I bought Newspaper X two days ago. Installed it and have just started to build the page.
Today I got an email that there is an update of the Theme. How do I make the update in the best way. Shall I make a totally new installation? Or what do you reccomend?
When going into DivTag Composer to edit the homepage of my website (after updating to version 10 of the theme), I have a red corss error message in the top right. I can not edit any element.
The error message reads:
“Errors at columns: 1(models) : 20(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
What does this mean and how can it be fixed?
No edits had been made to anything on the page. This error message was there when I first launched Composer after installing the latest update of the theme.

The H3 from some of elements can be change by editing them with tagDiv Composer -> http://prntscr.com/q38xpi unfortunately this option is not available on all elements from tagDiv Composer, for these that do not have this option, the H3 can be remove only from code, also these changes can be lost when you’ll make a theme update.

Surely this seems like a very backwards way…
Suggest we update to Newspaper X to disable excess code… load a Pro Demo only to be completely bloated with excess Google Fonts making it slower than Newspaper 9…
Or manually go through every block on every viewport turning off these fonts… : (
Twas bad enough trying to disable open sans on Newspaper 9…
Problem solved.
1. I missed update 10.1
2. After the update, the plugins were not loaded, it was necessary to remove the old ones, and download the updated ones through the newspaper panel.
3. The newspaper panel does not always install plugins because there are old versions of the plugin in the registry.

The theme do not have this option to update itself all these changes were made by some one or by some plugins.
I have seen multi-sites using the Newspaper theme successfully, but we haven’t actually made any testing for ourselves unfortunately. Maybe at some point we will begin testing, can’t say for sure. You could enable multi-site in WordPress and make tests.

If you change to a different theme, the warning disappears.
So I rolled back the WordPress version.

But: I have to empty the WP cache every 5 minutes to keep Yoast working, that sucks. Waiting for an update of the newspaper theme.

My site speed has reduced significantly after the update,
especialy on mobile version of theme (Standard Mobile Version)
It has also caused an increase in the server response time

On November 5th, 2 websites were updated with old settings from one of the multi-site sites. And then on November 26th, 4 more websites just updated with settings – same as the other 2 on November 5th.
In both cases, the websites updated with the settings from the same website (but old, since the existing settings have newer CSS in custom styles).
Is there anything that could trigger this. The theme supports Multi-site environment?
By Settings – it’s like someone would go to Import and would just click Import, and go through that funnel to import new settings. The Multi-site installation has only 2 users, and they wouldn’t do that on purpose.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Unfortunately, yes, if the pages were made with other builder is very possible to do not work properly, place make a full backup to your website before you try the update, also if that builder is continue updated you can let the plugin activate with our theme and check to see if this is working properly.
