Hi,
1. Try adding the code for your plugin in the header template files – https://www.screencast.com/t/CMgHQwjv25 located in the Theme folder->parts->header and corresponding to the header style you are using. Also make sure the code you are adding is correct, and you integrate it properly in the header structure. Follow the examples and documentation of the plugin, if available.
2. The elements from the Visual composer editor like the “trending now” are available for page building using this plugin. Here is a guide to help you create a page and set it as homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ and also to help you use Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thanks
Hi,
It seems the header menu affix used for the sticky menu state does not work properly. Please try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache, and check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel or added to the theme files. Then check to see if the problem is still there.
Thanks
You don’t have to activate the Visual Composer plugin, it’s already activated.

I cant use Visual Composer it is asking for license.
Help me pls
Hi. I could not use the Visual Composer because it is asking for a separate license.
Hi,
1. I am not sure I fully understand what you mean. Here you can see all the available blocks in the theme – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-15/ in different layout settings. If the mobile theme is not used, the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile. This is how block 15 looks on 1 column – https://www.screencast.com/t/wRyjnCqm – https://www.screencast.com/t/Qa1JZkKqg and on 2 columns – https://www.screencast.com/t/lmZuafZx – https://www.screencast.com/t/vAhlmqIF This is how the blocks are designed and how the theme responsiveness works, depending on the page structure in Visual composer. It would not be an easy task to change how the blocks are displayed, and multiple elements have to be taken in account.
2. If you mean the “About Us” and “Follow Us” here – https://www.screencast.com/t/cnTwkha5gVzD you can do it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/XSjEtHdW in Theme panel->Translations
3. You could use some css for this, to modify the font size on the module title on the slider – https://www.screencast.com/t/8ICa7ynf3ADL This is the code used in the example
@media (max-width: 500px) {
.iosSlider-col-3 .entry-title.td-module-title {
font-size: 12px;
}}
Thanks

Hi,
Please try updating the theme using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The surest method in this regard is by FTP – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also disable all the plugins except Visual composer and clear the cache. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. Then try installing the theme again and see if the error is still there.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello glogan,
I suppose that you want to use the row in full width, right? So, if you want to do this, notice that you should make some adjustments from Visual Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rRcdz0TQHU3 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5DFP6nEWbx1 and then you will bring the same style with the Travel Guide, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/a3uftiBSWTe0
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
When I´m using the adsize 234×60 I get a 44px margin added below the google ad.
I can make this go away by using .adsbygoogle {margin-bottom: 20px!important;}
Unsure if this is OK by Google though? Because this alters the adsense code (visually).
It seems like the 44px bottom margin is added by the theme CSS. Then the follow-up-question is if that´s really ok to do? 🙂
Asked in the AdSense-forum, but no one really seem to know what´s ok and what´s not 🙂 Thanks in advance!
Hello PokerSharks,
Notice that if you want to change the title color for VC elements, you have options for this in Visual Composer Editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/K5h8vDXsR6V For more information about how you can use the Visual Composer, please consult our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
You do not have to install a demo if you do not want to. It is not mandatory. You can create your own page in visual composer and set it as a home page. You can play around in the page builder a bit and get a feel for it. There are lots of neat options you can use to show posts and filter the results. This guide should help with the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!

Hi,
You can try as a test to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check to see if the problem is still there. From what I can see there is a different style on the post content properties – https://www.screencast.com/t/vyjMxb2c1MB overriding the theme style. The post content line height and other properties can be changed from the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/kIfhNyyQ
Try deactivating the child theme also if you use it.
Thanks
Hello zen,
Notice that the plugin version comes bundled with the theme core files. To bring best results, you should update the theme and also, the required plugins which come with the latest packet from Theme Forest. Notice that all improvements and updates come bundled. We recommend to update your theme and plugins via FTP way according to our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello Constantine,
Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer come bundled with the theme packet, and you do not need any license for it. For more information about how you can install the Visual Composer plugin, check our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello LaurennePierrick,
I have tested on Android devices and the images seem to work as expected. The problem is on Apple devices which not loaded your images from your posts. It seems to be a conflicting plugin which causes this issue. Try to disable all of your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,
We have no reports of such errors coming from our theme. Our theme does not use google maps by default.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it
Then test again to see if the errors are still present.
Thank you!
Hello dreamsight,
I am sorry that you are unhappy in this regard! Please notice that creating this type of menu in the mega menu has not been included in our demo style because we watched not to include many settings here to avoid the confusions. As you can see in the above useful tutorial, this type of menu is not more complicated to create. You simply have to make a page with a single image at the top, and below this, you should create 3 columns where you should include the WP Custom Menu Element from Visual Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VervgVxel and the result you should see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7ZIMdPt4JN I created for you a layout which has to have your custom page which has to be loaded on your mega menu. The code of it can be seen here -> http://pastebin.com/sbcbCCZG This is just an example. You should follow the steps which are presented above and create your own custom menu.
I saw on the dashboard that you got a bad rating because of this, and I would like, if possible to change it because we are here and we will glad help you in the future if you have any other problems related to basic theme settings.
If you need more assistance in this regard, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin), so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, you can provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!
Hello – I have ended up buying visual composer to try and see if that works however that still doesn’t save, I contacted their support and here is what they said:
“The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”
Is this something we can check?
Hi,
Please provide more details about what you want to achieve. Maybe there is an easier way of achieving this. I can see that you are trying to insert a html list containing a link, you could use a raw html element for Visual composer – and place it in the sidebar like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/U9E6HAVLj or if you use a widgetised sidebar like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/T07InlA1yQi5
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check again. This is the most likely cause, a plugin could be overriding the settings in the menu screen causing options to not be available, and has happened to some users before.
Thanks
