When I add the code of google analytics and AdSense code in the theme panel and then click to save button. After that theme takes to a long process and in end completely does not save the code. So please guide and help to solve the issue.

I’m trying to save updates in my theme panel, but it keeps on spinning and not saving. When I check my system status it says couple of things need to be updated. I have no idea how to fix this issue or even fix the issues the guides say. Please help.
