I just put my new website online. Subsided in WP the temporary url by the main domain. By doing this the whole site in the frontend works perfectly (great), but it broke the Theme panel page (version: 11.2) and the other Newspaper pages in the left menu of the WP. Please help me, as I can’t make any changes to the Theme options.

Please make sure your theme and plugins are installed correctly, also, you can try to reinstall the theme and plugins

About the staging site, I have two questions:
1 – I would not like to create within a subfolder of my main site, so as not to have any risk of affecting my client’s website that is on the air. If so case, you need to assure me that under no circumstances will you make changes that could impact the main site.
2 – Even if I create a staging site, it may not present the same problem, because it will be initially installed with my client’s domain, and not in the temporary URL I used initially.

About the problems below, I managed to solve it by adjusting Cloudflare’s firewall rules.

Unfortunately, in those situations, those are the faster ways that the problems can be solved, also we do not know exactly what can be the situation, maybe some files are not installed (it can be blocked ) or some styles tot loaded correctly. For this the best way it is to inspect it, also you can provide a temporary access and remove after we check and fix the problem.
1. If you have the possibility to create a staging, then we’ll check only the staging and al changes will be done only there to prevent the problems on the main website.
2. If the problem is not present on staging, then most probably this is not from the theme and it is from some settings/ code … that were added on the main website and in this case the only solution is to check it ion the mane website, the first step it is to identify from where it is coming the problem, then how to fix it.
In case that you are using Cloudflare you need to make sure that this it is set exactly like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ only in this way we can be sure that the theme builder can work correctly.
