This is a very strange situation. Do you have the same plugins and options for both websites?
I think that you have a plugin conflict there. Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

Did you have a fresh install on the staging website? Did you delete the images from the media, or do you have some restrictions?

Yes, I install the theme on the staging site. No, I have not deleted my website’s featured images from media library. Why will I delete them! After installing Newspaper theme on staging website when I tried to import images from my live website the importing of images did not occur. It shows errors.

Another problem I am facing right now. Your theme license is available for only one staging site and for one live site. But it was assigned to my two staging sites. Please remove that license key from those staging sites which I already remove from my hosting provider. I already mailed about this issue at contact@tagdiv.com. But did not get any reply from your side. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
