Eliminate render-blocking resources

The multi-purpose plugin is not required for quite some time now as it was already included in the tagdiv composer ever since newspaper 8.7.5 May 23rd, 2018

If you use an older version, please update your theme using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you do have a more recent theme version, please deactivate and disable the multi-purpose plugin.
