Hi,
1/ As suggested in a previous conversation, after reading this page https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ to understand how to create a pop up newsletter.
So if I have it right I need first to create a page with a join newsletter form. Which I did : https://www.captainforest.com/test-woo/
I guess I had to insert from tagdiv Forms shortcodes.. is it the case?
But then where the data goes in the back office when people click on submit? Didn’t find the answer in the documentation.
2/ Then I tested the other forms shorcodes look in the second part in this page : https://www.captainforest.com/test-woo/ -> If I understand well the other forms are to allow a user to post an article. Is it the case? But then, same, where the information is registered in the back office?
I already read this page : https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/ but didn’t find my answers.
Hello!
1. You should add the page ID in the modal popup.
All about Newsletter is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/
2. You do not need Newsletter for that. Following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/ you can be able to create a form for your users. They will complete all the fields created by you with the help of the shortcodes from that link for posts or CPTs. The data introduced by them will be in pending or directly published on your site and they can view them with the help of the shortcode My account -> My posts. My posts will be a new page edited with the tagdiv Composer and the shortcode Posts List. Check this useful link as well: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-posts-lists-shortcode/
Thank you!
Thank you I’ve got it for point 2.
For point 1, let me clarify. I don’t want to use Mailerlite or Mailchimp like in the link you shared (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/).
Insread, I want to collect emails for newsletters directly using the Tagdiv pop up .. but once they enter their email + name, where can I find the information in my backoffice? I don’t find it anywhere
Check this https://www.captainforest.com/pop-up-test/
Enter your details. But this is just front end. Where is data in the back end?
Hello!
They can be seen in Mailerlite or Mailchimp.
You can use the Opt-in builder for that: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder-emails/
Thank you!
Thank you Bettina for your answer. I think I might haven’t expressed myself well. So let me try to explain again the issue.
There are two different issues:
1/ Issue 1: In order to collect emails, I used the Tagdiv input form (not mailerlite, not mailchimp). So I created the form using Tagdiv input form and added the button submit form. But then where data is stored? I don’t find it in the back office.
In reality the question is broader, because I used the input form to collect emails but I could use input form to collect feedbacks or any type of information. The question is still the same: where data gathered from the Tagdiv input form is stored in the back office?
Look here in this example: I created a random form using Tagdiv input form to collect feedback. If users fill this form, then where can I find the answers to this form in the back office. Form : https://www.captainforest.com/test-woo/
2/ Issue n°2 : I followed your advice and used mailerlite to create a newsletter form: https://www.captainforest.com/test-mailerlite/
When I test this newsletter form connected to my Mailerlite, where do I find the list of subscribers to this form? I didn’t find it in mailerlite website, I didn’t find it in the list of users in wp back office and I didn’t find it in opt-in builder / emails list.
Where are the subscribers ?
Thank you so much for your help.

Hello!
1. The submit button won’t store the emails in the backend. It’s taking the data and create a CPT/post with them.
2. Check this guide: https://www.mailerlite.com/ultimate-guide-to-email-marketing/email-list -> https://www.mailerlite.com/help/how-to-export-subscribers
I hope that helps you!
Opt-in builder plugin is different than the Newsletter plugin.
Thank you!
