1. Pleas tell me what I am doing wrong because what you explaining I understand but you do not understand what I try to say to you: https://screenrec.com/share/3FBRgGTWqN
2. again you did not understand the question: https://screenrec.com/share/IarQbGKC4y
Hi,
1. I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the cloud templates.
In the General tab, you will find the standard cloud templates for a blog. These include templates for the header, footer, single post, category, tag, author, date, 404, attachment, and search pages.
The template that can be used for a single doctor is available under the Single Article cloud templates (see: https://i.imgur.com/xNZUSoK.png). However, the template you are trying to use is a Custom Post Type (CPT) template. CPT templates cannot be applied to regular single posts; they can only be used for their respective CPTs. Additionally, this CPT template is not part of the cloud templates—it was provided in my previous reply—and, as mentioned, it works only for CPTs, not for standard posts or articles.
If you want your regular posts to have a layout similar to the CPT layout, you will need to recreate it manually using the Theme Builder in tagDiv Composer. If custom fields are required, you can use the ACF plugin to achieve this.
To copy and paste the CPT template I provided, please edit a single under the Custom post type – https://i.imgur.com/ZvgMAhV.png hover over the 3 dots and click on “edit” https://imgur.com/NlMnH9L. After that, replace the code with the one from here https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Custom-Post-Type-CPT-Doctors-PRO.txt
2. As mentioned above, there is a misunderstanding. I believe this comes from trying to combine multiple prebuilt templates without fully understanding how the theme works. It seems there may be some confusion about core concepts such as what a post is, what a CPT (Custom Post Type) is, and the difference between categories and taxonomies, including how they are configured and how they are meant to function.
The section you are referring to (https://i.imgur.com/UrNPZOE.png) is displaying the Doctors CPT, and its layout is provided by the Doctors PRO Plugin. This plugin can be installed from Newspaper > Plugins > Dedicated Plugins for Prebuilt Websites (https://i.imgur.com/6eVC20P.png). Once the plugin is installed, you can use Flex Block X to select and display that module (https://i.imgur.com/nZpalQh.png). However, since the plugin creates the module using predefined code, we recommend creating your own custom module using the Module Builder, and then displaying it via the Flex Block Builder.
By doing this, you gain full control over the module’s layout and settings. For example, if you want to add an “Age” field, you can create a custom field using a plugin such as ACF, and then display it in your custom module using the Custom Field element.
Thank you!
🙂 ok now I understand 🙂 so maybe you have any suggestions how to do this idea better?

What I am doing wrong with reviews? https://screenrec.com/share/EysUdtPefZ
Hello,
I need help setting up reviews on my website.
What I want to achieve:
Every post on the website should have a review option.
Posts in the Mechanics category should use star ratings.
Posts in other categories should use a standard review / feedback form (without stars).
My question:
Do I understand correctly that I need to configure this by categories, so that posts created in different categories automatically use different review forms?
If yes, could you please explain:
where exactly this is configured (categories, post types, or plugin settings)?
whether one post can only use one review type based on its category?
Thank you in advance.
I found how to set up but not everything like I want and is it possible to setup like I want? https://screenrec.com/share/jWSbzlDpZe
Hello,
I’m using the TagDiv (Newspaper) review system and I need clarification on review configuration.
My questions:
Is it possible to assign different review types/forms to different post categories?
For example:
Category Mechanics → User reviews with star ratings
Other categories → standard comments or non-star reviews
If yes, where is this configured – category settings, post templates, or review settings per post?
Is it possible to connect the user review form (stars submitted by users via comments) with the Single Post “Overall Rating”, so that:
the overall rating is automatically calculated from user reviews,
and updates dynamically when new reviews are submitted?
Please let me know if this functionality is supported natively or if it requires custom development.
Thank you.
Hi,
I’m glad that you managed to solve most of the questions
Related to the review, our theme has 2 types of reviews https://i.imgur.com/h3qku3o.png: one that can be set only by the author of the post https://i.imgur.com/D4f4JNI.png, and one for visitors/users that can leave a review https://i.imgur.com/sblNLmQ.png. Since those are different types of reviews, there is no way to combine them, but if you want to display the total score of reviews, you can do it by using the review overall. Both methods have this element https://i.imgur.com/SyhtcRD.png.
Now, regarding how to have the review only for some articles with a specific category: right now, you have the same single post template for all articles – https://i.imgur.com/kao9pgg.png. What you should do is duplicate it – https://i.imgur.com/1cLwEYW.png and keep the one you want only for some posts as it is now with the user review, and in the other template remove or replace it (set specific names for each template so that you won’t confuse them). After that, the one you want to be used for most of the articles should be set as global, and the other one that should be used only for some articles from a specific category should be set under Theme Panel > Categories, and on the categories you need it – https://i.imgur.com/1ZX8YHF.png (doing this will add the single post template to those articles that are part of the respective category).
I hope this will help you!
Thank you.
Can you help me to find where to edit this page? https://screenrec.com/share/bT6VK3cGCy
This only on mobile phone
And this now happen 🙁 https://screenrec.com/share/hR0yQwU1uK
Hi,
1. For this https://screenrec.com/share/bT6VK3cGCy that is the menu from the mobile, so you need to be sure that you have set a menu in the Appearance > Menus – https://i.imgur.com/CqoSItY.png if is not working, what can be done is to add with tagDiv Composer the menu element somewere in the single post template and select a menu in it, after taht save the changes and see if the menu appers when you click to let a review, after appers the menu element normaly could be removed.
2. Ok, right now you have edited the template and you have set fixed content, you need to use elements that will bring the dynamic content, for example, the one from here – https://i.imgur.com/7LrPM60.png can be displayed with the single post content element – https://i.imgur.com/XjrRYBS.png. Just check in tagDiv Compose the single post elements which will bring the dynamic content on your template – https://i.imgur.com/JFv6Kpe.png
Thank you. But now I have another problem 🙂
https://cesnelis-gmail.tinytake.com/msc/MTE0MTk3MTlfMjUxNjUxMDM
Hi,
This situation is related to the settings from the WooCommerce plugin. This is set in coming soon mode and you need to set it to live – https://prnt.sc/FxZJcl-UpN_m – https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/coming-soon-mode/
Thank you. But can you help me to fix this bug? https://cesnelis-gmail.tinytake.com/msc/MTE0MjMxODJfMjUxNjg2OTA
Hi,
Just a hint, when you are on an element and you want to select the above containers holding it, this can also be done by selecting that element in the sidebar for tagDiv Composer – https://prnt.sc/22v6DBDVjENu
Now, related to the situation you have, it is possible to have something selected in a column or element. If you can provide teh link to that page, I will inspect it and let you know what the problem could be.
Thank you!
Thank you.
Now I have some problems with menu on mobile phones not loading when touching 🙁
No it is not working I just checked on multiple mobile phones and its working only on main page when you pushing post and then try to push main menu its not opening 🙁
Hi,
Ok, so I just rechecked using the browser as in your video, and the mobile menu seems to be working correctly on the entire website, except the posts. When you are on a post, it no longer works.
From what I see on the source page on any page the module for menu is loaded in the page – https://prnt.sc/ub-jGK0hdFxY but not on posts https://prnt.sc/LKgcSkaIIZn5 so one possibility is to have a different header on the single post template, another possibility is to have something in the single post template that is blocking the mobile modla to load.
Yes exactly on pages menu is working but on posts not 🙁 https://screenrec.com/share/n4QMDwHsBX
I checked with Author templates everything is the same but on Author templates menu is working fine. What I need to do? Create a new menu?
I even created a menu modal from working template and still not working 🙁
