In his day in an update of the theme gave me to try the lazy load but not being real deactivate it. The problem is that since then the loading of the icons still uses the lazy load effect and despite being disconnected you still see what gives the impression that the web loads much slower. How could you solve it?

The lazy load is using only on images, if you deactivate it this will not longer be use, please make sure that you do not use some other plugins that provide the lazy load effect.

I use the plugin bj lazy load but even if I deactivate it and clear the cache, the same thing still happens… The first time it happened to me was when I first activated the lazy load of the template… before social icons loaded instantly now appear with delay which gives the feeling that the page is much slower. I have never recovered them again.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
