I cannot access my dashboard after I installed the theme

I am seeing this error after I installed the theme:

Error thrown
Class ‘00000000323235000000000009269187’ not found

Hello,

Please try to connect with cPanel/FTP and rename the plugins folder, in this way will disable all plugins and you should be able to have access to the dashboard.
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
