Double checked. All the code is replaced. Deleted the cache and even deactivated WP Super Cache plugin. Doesn’t work.

I’ve managed to copy and paste all the instruction you gave me, but it seems somehow the link automated added # (hashtag) to the end of my Instagram ID
for e.g. if my url is instagram.com/dennissuryana, it automatically becomes instagram.com/dennissuryana# how to fix this?
I don’t have any information I could provide you regarding a theme update at the moment. An update would contain exactly the same modifications mentioned in this topic.

It works in both Instagram widget and social sharing counter. That hashtag is added after the user ID in by the social counter plugin, it will not cause any issues.

Been struggling as well to make it work, but now it does work.
After looking at the code fix, looked like it was using json fields that only an authorized app/user could check since the last IG patch.
in order to make it work, on top of following the code patches explained above, just install another extension like Instagram Feed and setup the authorization part – that is, the one that will allow your wordpress site to access your instagram data. After that, it automagically appears.

Please make sure that you have followed the exact steps to fix this problem and the code has been correctly added in the right section if you want to achieve best theme results. Make this change via FTP way for more accurate. Clear all the caches and check the results.

I made changes as you wrote. Instagram works perfectly. But social media counter doesn’t count lies från my FB-56 likes and google-1 like. Why is that?

@lchfdieta, please notice that the problem with Facebook does not come from our theme but only from the Facebook stuff, sorry! Try to generate another Facebook App Key, clear all the caches and check the results.
@sasquatters, most likely, you do not do the right thing because if you will check the above feedbacks, many of our customers which has this problem have success using our solution, sorry! Try it again with more attention and let us know how it goes! After these changes were made, clear all the caches and check the results.

Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at your block images. If these will does not appear it should be a problem with your opacity. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

I have interesting problem with updated files (td_instagram.php) and footer images. It doesnt work with original instagram account used on my website – it shows only header follow us on instagram, but no images bellow (instagram id zenydivky.cz). Check it on website zenydivky.cz
But when I try some other instagram account, it shows pictures fine. Tried it on other site I have where I never used original instagram account (id zenydivky.cz) and it shows pics fine there. So there must be something wrong on my site because I used account there before.
Do you cache images with td_instagram.php somewhere other than WP system cache (using Super Cache)? I mean where plugin stores images when it loads these. So I can check and clean that too.
Another idea – there is dot in instagram id (id zenydivky.cz) – could it cause that? Other instagram id I tested didnt have any dot…
