Hello, I receive this message when upload to change the default theme. Purchase was made like 6 hours ago

Hi,

First please make sure you are installing the actual theme zip file, not the whole package

Please check the requirements guide carefully and if needed increase the parameters mentioned in it, or ask your hosting provider to do it for you if possible.

That message you are receiving could be caused by a low max upload size value, like in this similar topic
