Why can't I see the style settings on my newspaper theme panel?

When I go to the theme panel, I am unable to see any style options. It just asks me to set a cloud library template for the header.
My URL is http://www.mummylaboratory.com

The site is not live yet though.

We recommend using Cloud Templates, from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be customised with tagDiv Composer.
o edit the footer/header/templates please check this documentation

because I think you saw the documentation deprecated with standard templates.
