Hi,
I’ll recommend to use our pagebuilder tagDiv Composer. All the theme shortcodes and features are designed for it and like you can see it is a live editor – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
If you really need WpBakery, please download the theme full package from your themeforest account and you will find it here – https://www.screencast.com/t/uQ8jjISd
Thanks!
Hi,
Please provide a link so we can provide a css solution.
Thanks!
Hi,
I don’t understand why you cannot display your ads using tagdiv composer. Like you said, you’ve already done this for siderbar, so it should work also using the panel custom ad spot – https://www.screencast.com/t/EYtwIZqj or place the code directly into the Ad Box specific spot – https://www.screencast.com/t/4YbqfBtJG47D
Please provide some screenshots how you’ve set the ads and a link to the page where they should appear.
Let us know.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please download the full theme package from your themeforest account and install tagdiv composer manually via WordPress. You can find all the tagdiv plugins here – https://www.screencast.com/t/N4LePdswX
However we would like to investigate this issue, so if you want to provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, please do this via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look even if you install like manually like I suggested above. Or maybe you have a stagging site where you can provide access?!
Let us know.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please provide more details about your issue and your site url, so we can try to provide an accurate answer.
Thanks!
Hi,
If you want to use the responsive mode, please deactivate tagdiv Mobile Theme plugin.
Also for Instagram, please check Theme Panel > Social Networks and connect your account – https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
This is not about tagDiv themes! Please verify the links on that page.
Thanks!

Hi,
1. I suggest to use tagdiv composer pagebuilder because all the new theme features will be developed for it. We provide and keep WPBakery support more for old users who for some reasons do not quit using it (like a legacy).
Can you provide more details about the issues you have found using our pagebuilder plugin? We will gladly assist you.
2. I’ve replied also in the other topic. It is better to solve the demo install issue, so you can see exactly how is made and you just replace the image. That’s why we provide the demos, so the user will not need to create a layout from scratch!
Thanks!

Hi,
That html code is loaded only on admin or for logged in users, so it should not have any impact on SEO – https://www.screencast.com/t/RL5Gr53UbyU You can verify this incognito and the code should not be there (or at least it doesn’t appear to me 🙂 ) – https://www.screencast.com/t/s9kMb21P7gXZ
However, many users started to report this, so we have modified the h1 to a span tag. Please deactivate and delete tagDiv Cloud Library plugin – https://www.screencast.com/t/zRJfWLOiZ and reinstall it from Newspaper > Plugins – https://www.screencast.com/t/XnoJC0ly3
Or you can manually modify the file, here you can find it – https://www.screencast.com/t/mkoDnF2PU
Thanks and sorry for inconvenience!
Hi,
@rstreng
Unfortunately, we cannot recreate this issue!
Can you provide wp-admin and CPanel/FTP access to your staging/dev site?
Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
@cnanews
If you have custom modifications, I recommend to use one of the “classic update” methods (upload theme via wordpress, FTP or CPanel).
Thanks!
Hi,
Please provide also a link so we can take a closer look. I suppose you get this error on a tag page.
Also you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the link there if you don’t want to make it public.
Thanks!
