Hello Simion C.,
there is still an error even when using the default child theme from 9.7.3. The child theme does not use single templates. This is a bug.
Hi Calin,
this answer is WRONG. The “at” is hard coded in
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/comments.php
Please tell the programmers to change line 180 from
<time pubdate="<?php echo esc_attr( $td_article_date_unix ) ?>"><?php comment_date() ?> at <?php comment_time() ?></time>
into
<time pubdate="<?php echo esc_attr( $td_article_date_unix ) ?>"><?php comment_date() . __td(' at ', TD_THEME_NAME). comment_time() ?></time>
and ad translation in .mo .po files.
Hello Calin,
as I wrote: THIS IS A BUG.
It even does not work with the standard child theme with only functions.php and style.css.
Please fix this error. Thank you.
Not fixed in 9.73
This is still not fixed/added in 9.73.
Hello Calin,
I just sent you login informations for further investigations. Thank you!
Aha! I just noticed, that it is possible to use the mobile theme ONLY for AMP-pages. So it would be the best way, to install the mobile plugin, but only to use it for AMP pages, so that normal mobile-users see the responsive layout of the normal Newspaper-theme?
Great! I saw, that this has not yet been fixed in 9.72. Hope, this is fixed in the next version.
Yes! Great! Works for me. Fixed!
Hi Catalin,
it’s the date right after the commenter’s name
Hi GiacomoLaw,
what do you mean with “AMP not appearing”? Since version 9.6 of Newspaper AMP is not anymore a part of the Newspaper-Theme and there is no AMP-menu inside the theme-settings anymore. You have to install the official AMP-Plugin of WordPress and do your configurations there. As soon as you have installed the offical AMP-Plugin there is a menu-entry (but not inside Newspaper anymore).

The correct URL of the workaround is your-website-name.com/wp-login.php (the .php is necessary)
Hi @Calin,
due to the fact that this worked in 9.6 of Newspaper before the update and the login throws out a Newspaper-related error message, this DEFINITELY is a Newspaper related error. Please fix this. Thank you.
Do you use a child-theme? You should update it, too.
Another workaround, until this error is fixed, is to login via
https://www.yoursite.com/wp-login.php
Hi Calin,
the “booster-error” appears after upgrading to 9.7 after logging out and when you try to login again.
I can confirm @pedroso tipp, that /wp-login.php does work, but /admin/ brings a blank page and the error message in HTML-comments.
This is no plugin-conflict or missing requirements.

Hello.
How was this problem solved? I also can’t save the Live CSS code.
And also update your child-theme, in case you use it.
I solved the problem!
The reason was my newspaper child-theme and the header.php in this theme. I had to update the header.php of my child theme, too
I have WP Rocket installed and it works perfectly with Newspaper and does a great job for a faster website.
Hello Simion,
yes, unique articles is/was enabled. Thanks for the hint.
Addition: The same error also appears in “Block 18” (Buchkritiken & Tipps). After click on “Load more” (Weitere Beiträge), the same post appears again.
Works! Thank you, Simion!
Hello Simion,
yes, checked and rechecked: default seem to work, cloud not. When I change the sort order, the cloud seems to show the comments just the other way round.
Is there a way to quickly change this in the code, because we use a lot of cloud templates and can’t switch them to default.
@decovca
Pleased don’t crosspost other bugs. The default template is essential and has to work. The use of Disqus is very problematic because of GDPR.
