Updated to Newspaper 9 now text in editor is white - reply

We just updated to the latest version that is when this started. Now td composer is hanging and am unable to save any changes made in td composer sending email credentials tonight. Happy holidays 🙂

Having same issue, followed instructions to update (max_input_vars, max_execution_time, etc.) and it was working fine. Stopped working recently. Now cannot save any edits in td composer.

Big Grid Blocks not displaying correctly - reply

Ok so I upgraded to the most recent version of newspaper, but still the big grid blocks are not displaying correctly. Additionally now when I open a page I no longer have a button to edit in TD composer. The only way I can edit is to open the page in a browser window and select the edit with TD composer link at the top of the screen. I have shut down all plugins and still the errors persist.

ok i relayed the information to the client and removed the script. They sent another script that is now out of alignment with the rest of the page. I swapped out their script and placed google ad in and it was still displaying way out of alignment so there has to be something else going on that is causing this….???

Sorry just getting back to reply but it was one of the plug ins that was causing the panel not to work. Thanks for the tips to check ! Still the best news theme on the market 🙂

Those parameters HAVE been set including the modifications to wp-config. The theme is still looping and not allowing me to save any changes. This is a serious problem because i can’t update the theme this way.

Smart Sidebar not working on home page - reply

I figured it out the client made changes to the existing layout that prevented the smart sidebar from functioning properly. I have since fixed those changes allowing for the smart sidebar functionality to work. Thanks anyway !

FYI just noticed that not all the categories in the WordPress install show up inside the theme panel>Categories

What would cause that ?
