I can see why I never updated the WP Bakery because I can’t find it.

I downloaded the latest Newspaper update files, looked in the Newspaper updated folder and plugin folder and don’t see a file named js_composer.zip. Is it called something else?

PS…Your support instructions located here seem outdated.

I found plugs ins folder here: Newspaper/includes/plugins not Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip file as shown. Still, don’t see the js_composer.zip file you talk about

I ended up reverting back to recaptcha V2 as V3 seemed to be the issue.

I checked where you suggested but I don’t have anything written in the Ad Title Area under Inline Ads. Is there somewhere else in the panel where this text might be placed?

I read the help file, I don’t see a file names js_composer.zip in the Newspaper download

Can you tell me how to locate the Visual Composer plug in within the Newspaper folder?

All I could find is the includes>plugins folder where I see Td-Composer.zip and td-multi-purpose.zip but no Visual Composer file?

I also noticed in my dashboard it shows a Visual Composer update available. I’ve updated the VC plugin from the Newspaper folder via FTP but my dashboard still shows I’m running version 5.1.1 but the update shows 5.4.5 as the latest version. Wondered if this might be the Chrome issue? Not sure how to fix this?

Hi there…thanks for your reply. I’ve tried double tapping but all that happens is the drop down menu appears. The only way I can get the page to open is to hold down the screen until “open new tab” appears. Any suggestions?

Im giving this Adrotator a go but I’m not understanding how you integrate Adrotator code in the Newspaper theme? Seems like Adrotator gives a shortcode or php code while the Newspapeer theme panel uses standard html code and I presume we wouldn’t use the widget correct? Can you help?

I appreciate where you are coming from but when my site was broken, a simple response would have been nice. Otherwise what am I paying support fees for?

Chris, apologies, I just realized you don’t work for the theme. It sucks I pay for support that doesn’t get answered and in the meantime, my site has been broken since Aug 18th.

Now the entire site is broken.

Each time an update comes out I’m afraid to try because it breaks the site.

I am really disappointed that this happens and now don’t know what to do.
