I hide the rows for all the displays, that’s why I can’t see the the row. Okay, I will check the thread that you mentioned.

The option that you initially suggested works. We have changed the background to #ffffff and now it shows white background for the visitors. But even if we don’t set the background you already have a white background as default, right? Why that is not working?

We assume that the change in the color settings as you mentioned will fix the background issue, and not it is working correctly. We will contact you again if the error comes again.

Clearing cache not solving this issue!!!

coinedition

Hi @bettina,

We are still facing this issue.

Sometimes we are getting 404 page not found issues on our inner pages. When clearing the cache and resaving the permalink will fix the issue. Dont know what causing the issue. We checked it with the WPML support team and they checked the website and they said all their functionalities and settings working fine and set up correctly. How to solve this 404 issue? Why are some of the inner pages (mainly category and tag pages – maybe all 4 languages or maybe some of them) getting “404 page not found” issues? The issue will be fixed after clearing the cache and resaving the same permalink structure again. Also, sometimes this issue is not getting for the logged-in users because the cache for logged-in users is off.

We are now in a situation of not being able to clear the cache, if we clear the cache we will get the 404 error, and it will be solved only if we clear the cache again and resave the permalink. In most cases, we are getting this automatically without even clearing the cache. The website will maybe work perfectly for 3-4 days or 1-2 days and after that, the same issue happens.

Does this issue encounter in any of your clients? How to solve this issue? below are some details of our website.

The website is hosted on WP Engine
Cache plugin:- WP Rocket and WP Engine cache
SEO:- Yoast SEO Premium
Multilingual Language:- WPML Plugin

You can check the ditto copy(staged version) of our live website using the below link.

This staging version has also the same issue!! You already have the details and access to this site.

Please check and let us know your feedback.

Hi @anamaria,

Thank you for your response!

The background color is showing for the logged-in users, the search results box doesn’t have any background issues for logged-in users.

PFA:- https://imgur.com/a/mMVRnbc

For the visitors, or without logging, there is an issue mentioned yesterday like the transparent background.

How it is possible?

Please let us know your feedback.

Hello!

Then why can’t you guys find a solution and fix the problem? This is an issue for us and this problem affects our visitors’ user experience. Kindly check and give us a separate fix, we will update it as our own. You can update that change in the new future version of the theme whenever you want. If you give us a solution for now, our problem will solve and we don’t want to wait for a new theme update. Waiting for a new theme update will lead to a delay in fixing the issue. Either you provide us with a solution or release the new theme version update with the solution for this issue ASAP. Try to understand our situation too!!

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi @bettina, @anamaria, @ncalex,

Any updates? When can I expect if it is a new update for the theme? The issue is from the plugins that you own, that’s why we can’t handle it. Please find a solution for the mentioned issue ASAP. If there is any delay in the new theme update, please check and give us a solution before that.

Hi @anamaria,

We have checked the system status and all the options are fine and only thing that is different is the cache plugin that we are using(WP Rocket).

Please see the screenshot:- https://imgur.com/a/CApYOfL

We are using WP Engine as a server, and it is good. When we checked with the server team first, they mentioned the error from the “td-composer” plugin and also suggested we contact the theme developer.

Please check and let us know your feedback.

Hi @bettina,

Thank you for your response.

We need to fix this issue ASAP. We have good traffic now, and we are using the Yoast TOC for most of the lengthy posts. This issue will affect the user experience of our site visitors and it may affect the traffic and revenue of the website. It would be great if you guys check the staging version of the website and give us a solution for this issue at the earliest. Waiting for a new update of the theme will lead to a delay in fixing the issue, that’s why. Please help us to solve this issue ASAP.

Thank you!

Hi @bettina,

Thank you for your reply.

Please let us know if you got a solution for the same. So we can update it with that before getting an update. We have a lot of visitors to our website and the issue in the TOC will be a problem for the user experience and post-content navigation and it will affect our website. So kindly check and find a solution ASAP. Please let us know the update ASAP even if the error is found or not. We think that’s a conflict between the tagDiv Composer andTagDiv Cloud Library plugin. We can see that the TOC is working if we deactivate any of the mentioned plugins and not working if both plugins are activated.

Please check and let us know your feedback ASAP.

Thank you

Hi @bettina, @anamaria

We have again crosschecked the website to find out the exact issue and we found the below things.

We have checked the website without using any tagDiv theme and plugin and the TOC is working fine. Then we activated the newspaper theme, and at that time also the TOC is working fine. After that, we activated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin and found that the TOC is working but when we activated the tagDiv Composer it is not working at all. So the TOC is working only if either tagDiv Composer or tagDiv Cloud Library is deactivated. If both plugins are activated the TOC won’t work.

The JS and CSS that we have given to the TOC section are just for the better UI experience and it is working with the same if we deactivate any of the mentioned plugins( tagDiv Composer or tagDiv Cloud Library). So we think that there is no issue with the custom CSS or JS.

On the desktop, TOC is working fine even if we activated both plugins. The TOC is working fine on the desktop devices and until the responsive devices with a screen resolution of 1019px. If the resolution goes to a resolution like 1018px or lesser the TOC stops working. So the issue is starting from 1018px and lesser resolution and we don’t have any CSS or JS for that specific resolution. We couldn’t able to find from where the issue coming.

This is the current situation of our website.

Please let us know your feedback.

Thank you

Please find a solution and help us to solve this issue ASAP.

Hello @bettina,

We have troubleshot our website with Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and we found the culprit plugin that causes this anchor tag issue. “tagDiv Cloud Library” is the plugin that causing this issue and when we disable this plugin the anchor tag works properly. What is the problem with this plugin? Do you have any idea? How can we solve this issue?

We are using tagDiv Cloud Library to use the theme Prebuilt Website called Pulses PRO, and when we disable the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin the anchor tag is working fine.

Please help us solve this issue ASAP.

Also, It is working fine on the desktop and iPad Pro, but not working on mobile devices(below 768px devices). How it is possible?

coinedition

Hi @bettina,

Thank you for your response.

Sorry, didn’t understand.

Actually, we don’t need a table of content on every post. Currently, we are adding the table of content using the Yoast Table of Contents(Gutenberg block).

As per your instruction, I understand that we need to add the “Single Post Table of Contents” shortcode in the global Single page template(Single Template – Pulses PRO ), right? But by using this, I think the table of content will show on every post page.

Please let us know your feedback.

Thanks

Can we do it ourselves?

The website is live and it has a lot of traffic. So if anything happens to the website like going down will affect our traffic, business, and revenue. Otherwise, you need to guarantee us that the website will not go down and won’t have any issues while checking and after that.

So is it possible to do it by ourselves? Please give the instruction so we can do the same.

Please let us know your feedback.

Thank you
